I think it must be clear to alot of us..

that part of the problem for Dez was the lack of accuracy DAK has.

The ball has to be in a certain place for Dez if you see the highlights with Romo.

Has and can Dak improve his timing and location..

not just with a Dez, but everywhere.

And if he gets the big contract..

should we expect DAK to clear up any problems he has with Dez and just make it work?

No more excuses about timing issues or poor route trees..blah blah blah.?

Hmmmmm..

One would have to think Dez can contribute.

His knowledge of the offense and Redzone ability should be obvious.

The Redzone lack of production is not a small issue.

Cooper is not a Redzone weapon. Witten is but more is needed

For that salary, I would take him back...…….that is basically league min.

He aint what he used to be, but he can still ball when healthy.

Of course I would explain to him in very definite terms that there will be no temper tantrums or outburst of any kind on the sideline, we aint putting up with that **** again. If he will behave himself, act like a professional, and accept a limited role, then hell yea I would take him back for just over a million.

That's about the only way I bring him back. One outburst and get packing.

Bring him back on a one year...……………………..I mean, we have like 35 players on one year contracts right now, including most of the coaching staff as well.

If this season goes south, this thing is getting blown up anyways.

You haven’t read many of your posts which would explain a lot.

For the league minimum and if he passes a physical, maybe. But he would now be a role player, not a #1.

I hope he balls out, wherever he ends up. He’s one of the best WRs to ever put on the star, though his career may have ended prematurely.
I beg to differ... Michael Irvin was the best WR in recent history, before that add Bob the lightning strike Hayes, Pearson, et al. Dez was good, but he wasn't Irvin good.

Good lord. Just move on already.

We have gotten rid of Beasley. We will roast a vilify Beasley on his tweets, and everyone so conveniently forgets what a stupid ***clown Dez Bryant is?

Brought back Witten to give the locker room some maturity.

Do you want to bring back this immature kid that is Dez Bryant? He would set back this team if he was brought back into the fold.

Is this how anyone thinks you build championship teams. What the F did we learn from this past SuperBowl with the Patriots taking another trophy again?

Gawd, I just can't imagine Belicheck putting up with the BS that goes for forum diatribe with Cowboys fans.
I want to say much more, but it will probably result in a ban.

He would have to be. If he wants to play on an NFL team, he needs to accept reality. No team is going to make him a #1.

I don't disagree, but to expect him to come back to Dallas under those terms would be unrealistic to me. It'll have to be elsewhere.

Yeah, he's not even close. I'd rather have Alvin Harper. No, not as a #1, but I never thought Dez was a #1 either, and Harper didn't jog his routes.

Once again, if Wilson pans out and Cobb stays healthy, Dez would not be among the 5 best WR's on the roster.
