Sherman is a great corner, perhaps the best in the league.
He also has an incredible supporting cast, including 2 of the best safeties in the game, a stout front 7 and a balanced offense that doesn't make many mistakes.
What's all that mean?
Means QBs are throwing into tighter windows, under pressure, and they aren't forced to stay on the field for long periods of time. In other words, his job is a lot easier than a guy like Brandon Carr's. Not saying the two are even in the same league, just saying if you put Sherman on the Browns he would still be a good player, but perhaps not all-world like everyone is making him out to be.
No one is claiming he's all world, we're simply saying he's the best at his position.
