Amazing McFadden could play 16 games in 2014 and 16 games in 2015 while being in the shop. Jackson and his awesome 3.0 average tonight was highlight status.

Jackson sucked tonight I wont deny that.....but he has youth, cost and potential on his side......DMac havin two healthy seasons (with injury riddled pre-seasons) just leads most to believe another Reg season injury is right around the corner........and he still has never wowed anyway, even though he was a first round talent.....people wanna say "Jackson only takes whats there, nothin special"......well, thats pretty much McFadden as well......

Just don't get the lovefest for Jackson, Not like the guy is wowing himself out there and is so good we gotta keep him off the ps.

Prescott has not earned only a roster spot...he should be in the running for starting qb in my opinion.

Lol depth on dl?!

Yes we have depth. Not counting Lawrence/Gregory (susp).
Ty Crawford, Ced Thornton, MCollins, TMcClain, DIrving, CTapper, RRussell, BMayowa, JCrawford, SJenkins. That's 10 right there. When Lawrence comes back, 11.

Did Romo at times look at little less thrilled than the average fan tonight or is it just me?

he showed flashes against the Rams....enough to where I doubt we could sneak him onto the PS anyway.......dont take the risk, wash our hands of McFadden and roll with Zeke, Morris, Jackson and possibly, hopefully Dunbar......

Really? A few flashes and now he is 53 worthy by teams in the NFL, not just the Cowboys? I want proven production. Dak is proving he can at least do it against 1st team defenses. Jackson has to prove also he can do it vs 1st team defenses, not just a flash here and there. Until he does, he isn't on my 53.

normally you might be right, but we have a #4 overall pick, a FA that has proven to be at least equal to, if not better than DMac, and a 6th round draft pick who we drafted for a reason, and has shown flashes of said reasons.........Where does McFadden fit in?! he just doesnt.....Zeke, if as advertised, will get most of the carries regardless of situation......Morris and Jackson is ample backup.......

would you really rather just keep McFadden for one more yr, who shouldnt get much snaps anyway if Zeke pans out and throw out Jackson?, a draft pick? thats the very definition of short-sighted......

Yes flashes. Not enough to hold a 53 spot. Where's does McFadden fit in? Hmm...guessing he can do something besides flashes. Who's throwing out Jackson? He'll be on the ps. It's to develop players who aren't ready.

Really? I'm very impressed by the kid, but what will he do when they send the house after him? He really hasn't been put on his butt yet.. So much potential is there, but so much is yet to be seen also. What if he becomes another Keapernick? He should set & learn like A rod did behind Farve.. sheeeesh

well, when McFadden still makes the 53 after no TC or Pre-Season, and our 6th round Draft pick is risked to claims to try and put onto the PS, I will come back and eat crow, but I really dont see that happening......If our RB situation was weak itd be a different story, but we have a seemingly sure thing in Zeke, and an FA who has proven himself in the past and in this Pre-season so far.......the 3rd string RB position will go to a youngster with promise, over an injury plagued veteran....
