Did Jerry or the coaches pick the new assistant coaches?

To me it says that the HC has had more input/influence than the previous HCs. At least I hope.

Its very possible but unless a new assistant coach had previously worked with Shotty it remains a question.

Of course in the final analysis it matters most if the assistant coaches and coordinators deliver.

I get it that you hate Schottenheimer and Jerry and the team for that matter, but why don’t you guys ever choose your shots with at least a second of thought.

The idea that Jerry found and brought in Parker is ludicrous. No one believes that.

I think at minimum the people they interviewed for Def Cor was heavily influenced by Schotteheimer considering Jerry's affinity for familiarity.
After interviews started it became apparent fairly quickly that Parker had impressed everyone in the building. So it was probably an agreement that was fairly easy to come to.
After they went with Parker it seemed he he heavily influenced who they interviewed for the assistant positions!
