I don't know if I agree with this but that's here nor there. If you can't make the throw, then you don't put it up but honestly, if you read the defense, you should know, before the throw is made, that you have the back open.
It doesn't really matter. If we have to expect Romo to play error free football every time he takes the field, in order to win, then we are doing it wrong. At some point, we have to accept the fact that we must distribute the load and that means adopt a real running game strategy IMO. We can't be all about just throwing the ball and to me, yesterday is a perfect example of that.
Would be nice if the D could also step up and make a stop. I know it's Payton Manning but one stop and we win that game on Sunday. Think about that. Just one stop.
Put some sort of defense in Dallas and it wouldn't matter how sub par our running game is.
