Backup offensive lineman Cory Procter became the first of the Cowboys' 11 restricted free agents to sign his restricted free agent tender on Friday.

Procter will earn $1.759 million in 2010 after the team placed the second-round tender on him. He was active for every game in 2009 but saw only limited action as a backup at center and guard. In 2008, he started 11 of 16 games after Kyle Kosier was lost for the year with a foot injury.

The Cowboys have 10 remaining restricted free agents: Miles Austin, Stephen Bowen, Jason Hatcher, Sam Hurd, Pat McQuistan, Duke Preston, Gerald Sensabaugh, Junior Siavii, Marcus Spears and Pat Watkins.

The restricted free agent signing period ends April 15. Should they sign an offer sheet with another team the Cowboys would have five days to match or take the draft pick compensation in return.

Here are the tenders the Cowboys put on their RFAs:

Miles Austin - first- and third-rpund tender, $3.168 million
Stephen Bowen - second-round tender, $1.759 million
Sam Hurd - second-round tender, $1.759 million
Jason Hatcher - second-round tender, $1.759 million
Pat McQuistan - original draft pick, $1.176 million
Gerald Sensabaugh - second-round tender, $1.809 million
Junior Siavii - original draft pick, $1.101 million
Marcus Spears - original draft pick, $1.226 million
Pat Watkins - orginal draft pick, $1.176 million
Duke Preston - original draft pick, $1.226 million
