DMN BLOG: Terence Newman: Relationship with Jessica Simpson takes away from Tony Romo

complaining? or stating facts?

no doubt that was true

yep...more truth

that isnt what he said, but this is clearly part of that overreaction nation thing I was saying

never once have seen or heard him do that

so you were Ok with TO pointing out that there was something wrong w/ Jason Garrett's offense? (which was true)

and that's exactly what he said about Romo, I mean why else would Jessica be taking away from how good he is? (which I don't believe her being his GF had anything to do w/ his slight decline in the slightest)

again, Newman has never said anything positive through the media, it's mostly negative or comments that can be construed as being negative

PS, you are horrible at quoting lol

His relationship seems anything but normal to me.

I still wish they would deal his hollywood *** to Denver for Cutler personally, but I am willing to give him this year to find out if his problem was more T.O or Jessica.

It was neither... its him. TO helped take the pressure of him for sucking in the clutch , now this team will need a new scapegoat. Romo will be a poor mans Marc Bulger when its all said and done.

You're like a poor man's Nors.

Desean Jackson made him look like a rookie in the last game of the season and he wants to talk about this? Clean up your kitchen before you start sweeping up in mine TNEW.

no, wasnt ok with it...because what was "wrong" is the QB was playing hurt and was never the same after the injury...we lost the biggest play guy we had for the season in Felix Jones...Jason Witten was hurt most of the yr...LG was an issue all yr...Adams played with one arm almost all yr...Miles Austin was in and out...TO just wanted to stir crap up to get the ball thrown his way more...and thats the main reason he isnt here anymore

and that's exactly what he said about Romo, I mean why else would Jessica be taking away from how good he is? (which I don't believe her being his GF had anything to do w/ his slight decline in the slightest)

I think he's only regurgitating what several others have said in a not so blunt way, that perhaps his focus wasnt what it needed to be...Parcells warned him about it...people like Aikman, Irvin and Drew Pearson have all brought it up...

again, Newman has never said anything positive through the media, it's mostly negative or comments that can be construed as being negative

and thats simply not true...I've never heard him say anything negative...its just the way some of you want to perceive things

ok, if you don't think he's said anything negative, let's just say Newman has never said anything positive through the media

my TO example is that pointing out something that is true isn't always the best idea, because there's bright and sunny truth, and there is truth that should stay in the closet, (TO and any other complaining truth) if that makes any sense

Tell me where im wrong?

2 catches for 46 yds is hardly making anybody "look like a rookie"

and the one for 34 yds was a perfect throw by McNabb

exaggerate much?

Funny how this guy is always "misunderstood," or the unwitting victim of media shenanigans. Very funny indeed.

There's really nothing funny about lack of reading comprehension.

Well obviously Todd Archer reads the Cowboyszone because he had a blog about it and brought it to Galloway and Companies attention on the radio.

This would have never been news at all if not posted on the zone lol.

The score is 10-3 Philly, Jackson catches a pass down the seam for 34 yards inside our 10. Yea it was a great pass but Newman was there but didn't make a play on the ball. Eagles score which makes it 17-3.

Score 17-3 Philly on our 18 yard line, we get pressure on Mcnabb he throws up a duck but Newman doesn't play the ball he grabs the receiver. Makes it 1st and goal inside the 2 Eagles score 24-3.

I want even bring up the Pittsburgh game where we are killin them defensively and who gives up the big play to put them back in the game?

I read it the same way.

So did all the people with brains.
Yes sir. It is the brainless that I knew would chime in that caused me to want to yack.

You do realize that cornerbacks occasionally give up passes, don't you?

...or would you like to trade for one that has never been beaten?

Newman is hardly one of our concerns, personnel-wise.
