I don't care what Jerry Jones says .he's not a doctor. Why haven't we heard any statements from Jaylons doctor?

You haven't been paying attention. There have been many Dr's here at the Zone that have commentated on Jaylon's rehab.;)

Every linebacker is signed ( still under contract) except Gachkar who is an UFA. Gachkar is good special teams player. They are looking at 1st rd inside linebackers
Durant is not signed. The only 4-3 MLB linebacker is a day 3 kid.

Again, I'm not advocating giving up a boatload of picks. I'm saying that if you can factor a Romo trade into the equation, I'd be willing to part with next year's 1st rounder if I had to in order to get Myles Garrett at #1.
It will cost more then Romo and a first to trade from 28 to 1

90% of a top shelf player is quite an add no matter how one scores it.

The remaining X-factor of the Dallas Cowboys' 2016 draft is linebacker Jaylon Smith.
Taken in the second round out of Notre Dame despite a serious knee injury, Smith missed all of his rookie season, and some feared that he may never fully recover from the injury he suffered in college.

At the NFL Combine in Indianapolis, Cowboys owner Jerry Jones was very high on the ongoing recovery of the young linebacker saying Smith 'can play right now.'

In SportsDay's recent Cowboys position series, Brandon George said:

"The Cowboys may need to add a potential starting linebacker in free agency or the draft if they believe Jaylon Smith won't be ready to play at a high level come September."

But if Jerry Jones' confidence is any indication, Smith could be right alongside Sean Lee and Co. at the linebacker position next season.

Sir Jerry needs to stop playing doctor.
Let the health professionals say it.
If the prodigal son is pressed into action under the GM's prodding and a devastating injury happens, the GM could find himself in a nasty lawsuit.

Jerry is just regurgitating what the Doctors are telling him. While putting his own spin on it.

the last piece of real news was jaylon's video.
this stuff seems like regurgitation of what others said based on what others said based on what others said.
too bad none of it is from his doctors, who are simply not talking.

Jaylon's nerve is like a bad relationship. One day it's firing and everything is right with the world. The next week the nerve is off and it's WWIII.
