We have a serious issue at RB, period. None of those guys are likely to take a 17 game beating and not get hurt at some point in the season. You comfortable with Rico Dowdle as your feature back? Well, you won't have to be for long, because he'll get hurt too. We'll be starting street FA's by week 13.

Yes, we do. If Pollard goes down, our running game is pretty much a 180lb rb. I love what Deuce brought to the table in preseason, but a full season against starters is a completely different matter... and this is from a team that is supposed to be a more run-heavy team this year.

No, but they also had all 3 backs involved during the game. Pacheco, McKinnon, and I can’t remember the other dudes name. Hyde was hurt.

-Ronald Jones is hurt, has a heart condition, and is suspended for the first two games of the season.
-Rico seems to always be hurt every year (Just a matter of time), and fumbled in his first preseason game this year.
-Davis, who many thought could take the lead 2 role was underwhelming and played poorly.
-Deuce has been exciting to watch but I'm not sure he is ready for the 2 spot quite yet.

Does Dallas go grab a free agent RB, say Hunt? or do we roll with who we got?

hopefully with a screen pass thats goes for 70 and a TD... again we are the only fan base who starts thier RB search with "Can he block?" who gives a crap i need playmakers the OC needs to figure out how to beat the blitz with playmakers.. THATS what makes a team stop blitzing.

And we will have three backs involved in the game if they do it correctly IF NEEDED as well..

the running back by committee can work when you have a starter like Tony Pollard, he's already proven and then you got a couple guys behind him that you can rotate in and out what's the problem?? I mean you're making up problems before they ever happen.​

Why? He is healthy. Any back can get hurt at anytime. Deuce hasn't ever been hurt. The big backs Rico and Luepke have been hurt.

I'm pretty sure all teams worry about their players staying healthy in this league it's called NFL football I mean since when is dalvin cook saquon Barkley Ezekiel Elliott, Cmac Taylor, i mean shall i go on..theres more...

didn't Philadelphia just pick up a bunch of injury prone running backs?? they let a productive back go and picked up broke down backfield hoping they work out..LOL

all players get hurt but injuries and being hurt are different.. missing a series or a game here or there is normal across football, but you are correct he doesn't have injury history.

RB #2? Dallas has a potential issue with RB #1 seeing as how Pollard has never been a full-time RB and is coming off a bad lower leg injury.

He won't be asked to be a full-time RB and his injury was healed many weeks ago.

you can't worry about if somebody goes down or not. all teams worry about that you just have to cross that bridge when you come to it,.

you can pick up a vet rb just about anytime and not miss much of A beat. tony pollard's only missed what two games in his entire career. An injury could happen, you can't just sit and dwell on it .

To all the ifs and butts crowd the skies falling, the water could have shoulda crowd need to stop worrying....

Injuries is one thing but when you are 5’5 you could be more prone over the course of a nfl season. Sproles was hurt quite a bit over his career

Davis’ issue is he’s a mediocre athletes that is below average in pass protection and plays on less of the ST packages than Dowdle. If he’s gonna win that spot he’s got to wow and be clearly better, otherwise he’s destined for the practice squad until injury strikes.

Davis is a total scrub.

deuce just took his job. Its over already.

pollard, deuce, dowdle will be the backs as long as dowdle stays healthy.

leupke to practice squad. I bet they try to put jones on 4 game IR.
