Yeah, the fact is TO is ours this season... good, bad or indifferent.
It will be good.
When he gets on the field.
Long term, who knows. But he can and will play and produce this season.
Fact is, we can't win the Super Bowl without him.
Defense is championship caliber. And the offense is certainly sharp.
But without him, you are looking at Glenn and basically a bunch of UDFAs at WR.
You need another guy to be able to exploit weaknesses game in and game out and make defenses pay, or the offense won't be good enough to win games on its own.
Maybe the Defense can win games for us. Heck, the Ravens played that way the whole year one time.
But its not something I care to find out about. Not when we have a Terrell Owens in our breast pocket.
And frankly, for all the whining about him being injured, I have yet to see a single negative effect on the rest of the team. They are playing better than ever.
Unless.... :gasp: the meltdown is COMING! (enter scary music!)
But everyone you talk to on the Cowboys (who matters) seems to know exactly what the deal is with T.O.
He doesn't much affect the defense, and on offense, the two most important guys he has to work with -- Bledsoe and Glenn -- have no problems so far whatsoever.
This team will be fine. Terrell Owens is the trump card that we just keep waiting for to come to the top of the deck. Playing him should propel us into the upper echelon.
