Do you still hate the 49ers??

I still hate the 49'ers teams of the 90's, but I cant hate the 49'ers teams of the new millennium. :)

One of the greatest movies of all time with some of the greatest movie quotes ever, including my ALL TIME favorite movie quote.... "I'm yo' huckleberruh"

Wouldnt go that far.......but definetly underrated!

Best line for sure is when Holiday takes Earp's place in his gun fight with Ringo and surprises Ringo.

"Why Johnny Ringo.......You look like somebody just walked over your grave."

I despised them during the dynasty years, that '94 NFC title game gutted me. I respect the franchise though and have always liked how they played the game of football.

  1. They were first to 5 SB's - because of us.
  2. We kept the Steelers from 5 SB's - in effect we got ours.
  3. We could and should be first to 6 SB's.

I hate them because of the first one.

I like mike nolan and frank gore, larry allen when he was there.

I hate the 49ers though

Got to thinking about it and something came to mind. How come everyone remembers that one catch and the 94 CC game. And people forget one of the greatest comebacks in NFL history against them. Or how we have knocked them out of the CC game 4 times to their two.

Back on topic. Yes, I still hate them. But not nearly as much as the East teams. BTW, the Cowboys, Skins and Giants are the only NFC teams to have a winning record in the CC game for teams with more than one CC game.

I do hate the 49ers, a little less only because my cousin was drafted by them this year. But yeah, i still hate them.

I know I want to get the 6th lombardi before they do. It's annoying that their fans keep saying, "we was the first to five."

Hate them as much as in the 80's/early 90's? Not as much

Pity them? Oh yeah-b/c not only they suck, but they're the new Commanders.

:welcome: to the CowboysZone!

In the 70's, I hated the Steelers. In the 80's I hated the Commanders and 49ers. In the 90's I hated the 49'ers and Green Bay. Right now I hate the Patriots because their fans are very arrogant.

don't worry in a couple years most of them won't be fans anymore

Boys! Never, forget the saying " those who forget the past are destined to repeat it in the future". I hate them!! But in a loving way now. I love to watch them lose, and I hope this trend continues. I'll hate them a little less when they give up that superbowl trophy they won when they purposely circumvented the cap.

Of course.

It is hard not to.

The entire weekend has been Carmen Policy on the NFL Network with Mariucci smooching his keester. And all they got was Fred Dean in.

This whole weekend has been awful. Between that and listening to Joe Gibbs cackle, I have thought about eating a bullet.

Right now, I feel sorry for them. Then I see an ESPN replay of "The Catch" and I get my mind right again.

I wish nothing but the worst on that franchise.

They'd do the same for us.

Never hated them. I was always nervous when we played them, but that's about it.

One caveat: unless you lived through the pain of "The Catch," you'll never know how emotionally satisfying our victory in the '92 Championship Game was.

The catch and 94,.. it still stings every time i see it, so yeah, i still hate them

I said it back in March but I'll say it again. I DESPISE THEM! I hope they win just enough games to keep them from drafting superstars but not enough to get them to the playoffs.

That said, I do like some of their players from their golden years such as Joe Montanta, Ronnie Lott, Jerry Rice and Roger Craig, even though I hate the team. I still can't stand Young though.
