no not really but new OLC and possible OC for sure then retool the OL because that was the biggest issue since the bye. IDC if Dak needs to learn new offense its might do him some good but the OL is big issues so OLC is gone, 52, gone and reshuffle the OL..

the offensive line, both with the execution and penalties cost us the game ..ill paste and cut this on all threads looking for answers. they torpedoed so many drives i lost count.:mad::(

all those plays all game before that especially on the drive before and after halftime is on dak?> the sunlight the OL mistakes being behind the chains. I mean its blatantly obvious to actual fans to why we lost the game

the OL that's if. Other penalty's come in 2nd like pre-snap on the DL what 3 of them?

real fans who aren't emotional right now see why we lost...mistakes on the lines you win and lose in the trenches, and it cost us on both sides.

Well you better figure it out buster.
i think his answer was in that same post. just saying....

as far as Dak goes, because you are arguing a different point, thats a hard one. For the past 26 years, this team has built a culture of little accountability. Coaching staff to this point has not held these players feet to the fire. Should we hire a new coach? I would say yeah, but he will just be another puppet to Jerry. First and foremost this team needs new leadership at the very top if it ever wants to change the mediocre culture we all have grown used to.

The problem with this is that if Moore leaves, MM then has input in the offense. Why people think he's good at coaching offense is puzzling to me. He had Rodgers and more often than not failed with him.
If you truly believe that, then why even bother watching?
I say the Head coach is just a symptom of the disease. You know the rest of the story.

why not? is it wrong to believe your owner and qb both hold the team back, or is it because we are talking about Dak?
There is nothing wrong with it. Dak may come or go, but Jerry isn't going anywhere. If one thinks the team can't change under Jerry, then there is literally no point in watching, as the results are basically already known.

It's a stupid comment that basically tries to justify the team not improving, or not even trying to improve the team.

Jerry is the owner and GM - obviously he has been a major part of the problem. I find it incredibly hard to believe we CAN'T get a good HC under Jerry, though.

Again, if people truly believe that, then the team is doomed, and again, there is no point in watching. Or hell, even posting on this forum.

Moore is not going to be a savior. He is still very young. Dak needs good coaching, I think he has regressed. Now if Moore leaves, he'll be on his third O Coordinator. He didnt even know the rule on that last play, that's on Moore, just like that play after the fake punt. that's on Fassel. Same as always since Parcells left, no discipline on the team. A ton of wasted $ on a few players. D-Law a no show as well.

No, it took Jimmy Johnson 4 or 5 years to build his team.

Jimmy inherited a 3-13 team devoid of talent that went 1-15 his first season. By his third season he had them winning a road playoff game. Then he won the Super Bowl his fourth and fifth seasons.

McCarthy inherited an underperforming 8-8 team that continues to underperform. Not really the same.

Maybe but if the head coach can't come in and clean house, then you are just spinning your wheels. The coach, whoever it is, needs to be able to bring in his own staff.

This house, as disappointing as the season ending was, does not need to be cleaned out. It needs to be cleaned UP.

McCarthy seems to have ingrained in his players that, if you can’t get the players to play disciplined football with minimal penalties, then just point a finger at the refs as the reason we’re losers. Just blame the refs for not letting them play.

I’m disgusted by it. It’s a cop-out and I’m not going along with it. McCarthy is a freaking weasel who doesn’t want to be held accountable for his heavily penalized players and not having them ready to play football the right way. Refs should let them play is heard in basketball...not football.

Big Mac has been an NFL coach 4 of the past 5 seasons, 2 with GB (17-18) and 2 with Dallas (20-21).

Jason Garrett was an NFL coach for 3 of the past 5 seasons, all 3 with Dallas (17-19).

Jason Garrett last won a playoff game after the 2018 season, over Seattle.

Big Mac last won a playoff game, after the 2016 season, at AT&T Stadium when Aaron Rodgers led the Packers to a 34-31 win over the Cowboys.

Super Bowl or bust...Jerry's own words. Now when is the "bust"? There is no bust, only status quo.
