Does anyone else think different and better coaching could help Dak?

NOT Many if not no QB plays well with no run threat, shaky pass protection, and one weapon executing as a wr.. facts not hyperbole. the OL needs to be MORE physical provide a solid run game, and can actually make a pocket, not a forest to throw threw. yes daks partly responsible but the OL to me 50% responsible. skill players 20%, Dak 15%, 15% play caller..
Did you see the PFF rankings the O Line dominated across the board at San Fran

Can't get much better

To fix him, you have to tear him down completely. When he does well, you spit in his face and call him worthless loser. You throw every type of defense at him. It might take a whole season to break him down and build him back the right way.

I see your point. However, QBs develop tendencies and it is hard to unlearn some things. He has made heroic plays and saved games, but he has limitations that no OC can fix. He seems to fade in must-win post season games. Having said that, if the passing game plan is safe and simple, and you have a strong running game, and a strong Oline, almost any QB can prosper. I just see him as a bus driver who excels when conditions are optimal.
I'm not arguing your point about a bus driver. But must quarterbacks are in reality. You have maybe 4 or 5 and the rest are just pedestrian. Look at Josh Allen. He played worse than Dak-was at home- and I'd argue against a weaker defense. All I'm asking Dallas to do is give someone else a chance to get into Dak's head not named Kellen Moore. Sometimes that's all you need. I knew a kid in school couldn't get an A-B-or C until he changed schools. Guy became a honor student. Sometimes all you need are better teachers.

Yes but mostly because they would make the weapons around him better and only ask him to do the things he excels at...not because he has another "Pocket Passer" gear they could unlock.
This here is the

How can you provide more weapons when He consumes the Cap

And also How come an Elite paid Football Player doesn't excel at EVERYTHING

I don’t think there’s this big jump from him that gets him into that mvp caliber or top 5 guy ever. I do think an offensive scheme change could make him more consistent.

Dak is better when he’s rolling out and on the move. It doesn’t make sense for a guy with accuracy issues but it’s the truth. If he continues to be managed like an in the pocket qb he’ll continually be limited. Even this year he really only started to use his legs the last few games and particularly the post season.

Dak is talented. We’ve seen it, he’s just not consistent and that’s what separates him from that truly next level.

Wrs don't perform until their 3rd year . . . unless you have a great QB throwing to him . . . a rookie RB would be stifled because Dak can't open up the offense . . . Another TE?

Sorry all your pipe dreams will not save Dak from himself

Hell Dak may be on the bench to start the season

Micah is not happy with him and Micah don't want no scrubs on His Cowboy team
If you believe Jethro Jone$ is going to bench his 40 million project at QB, I’d argue you don’t have a keen sense or your finger on his pulse or agenda.

no one asked me if his pay next year matched his level, they asked if a new OC would help so i answered they could come in a scheme to the players we have strengths, literally said Dak does not have some "Pocket Passer" gear they would unlock because its not there.

With the coaching they have combined with the players (we will see if the cincy oline sticks) good chance he is the same place. KC would look diferent but Ried would scheme for Dak to stay to his strengths...NOW no doubt KC has MUCH higher ceiling with Pat at QB
Reid would have unloaded him or benched him

Maybe but Reid rode with MCNabb for years also, now if Mahomes was on the roster then sure he would but if you bet your life Ried would ride with Cooper Rush over Dak I might weep for you at your funeral. Again choices make situations what they are and right now other than some Madden dream we dont have many QB choices other than changing what we are asking this QB to do.

That costs lots of $$$$$$, what he has should be enough with the way the D played, so he needs the 85 bears D and all pro HOF caliber for the rest of the O just not happening unless they draft 7 all pro’s in this year’s draft.
It’s no doubt a tough road to enhance our situation more than a divisional round in playoffs . Might be about as good as it gets.

But a couple of good picks in draft at RB and or a receiver couldn’t hurt.

This is all Jethro Jone$ needs to hype and pimp his product. He’d prob take a divisional round loss and 13 wins every year.

Good point. If we are stuck with him for 2 years, at least make the most of it. Maybe let McCarthy choose one. Or can both of them and get a new HC and OC.

How come nobody talked about all these coaching deficiencies when Rush was the QB?
Very true. But at this point it’s a lot easier to change the coach and scheme then it is to get rid of your QB. We all know Jerry’s not letting go of Dak. Our only hope is to get aOC that can better utilize Daks strengths. That’s our only hope.

For sure, the tears dont equate to the work put in the next year. He cries then we watch groundhog day, we may be in an abusive relationship DHB.

We have fans who see our situation as problematic. Jethro Jone$ sees it as successful.

For a snake salesman who can sell the hell out of 8-8, this is easy peasy . Shoot, they won their first road playoff game in like 30 years and made it to divisional round. What a season for this frikin football idiot. Lol
