Does anyone really think Dak would veto trade at this point?

Your Dak fandom comes out at random times and you go off on people when they say something you don't like.

You're speculating too it's a known fact if it's coming from the relative the player is probably the one initiating it.

No one would want relatives talking crap about their dream jobs on social media. There's issues there.

"Maybe he does prefer Tad say nothing?"

I literally said that. But that doesn't mean Dak isn't bad mouthing the Cowboys maybe he just wants it private. Have an original thought.
Maybe he is bad mouthing his brother inside his family circle. He is just classy enough to not do it in public. Some people have family members they can not control.

Would veto a trade at this point? Seriously what does he get from staying with this organization vs anyone else at this point? This is like watching a broken record with different names on the back of NPC's at this point. So besides money which he already has what else could he get from staying in Dallas.
Yep! Why would Dak want to stay where the locker room hates him.

Did you mean Tad is ready to move or Dak is ready to move?

If you meant Tad, sounds like Tad is a freeloader.

If Dak said that it's a big deal.

Well, I think Dak and Tad play good cop, bad cop. I don't really buy that Tad is saying these things without Dak being okay with it.

The Cowboys brand is making him a lot of money with endorsements. He would likely end up on a worse team if traded. His best chance to win games and have a shot at reaching the SB is with the Cowboys.
Problem is, at this point Cowboys have a better shot at reaching the SB without him.

It's not me saying, playoffs record paint a clear picture to the matter.

What QB are they going to have a better shot of reaching a SB with?

Or become a free agent and pick the team he wants to go to.

I think the Cowboys will draft a QB high in this draft. First or second round. Most likely a first round pick to gain that additional year of contractual control.

If the Cowboys draft a QB in the first round, Dak knows it’s most likely over for him. He is better off moving to a team that will pay him and give him long term security than he is playing for Dallas and risking injury.

Raiders might be a possible landing spot.

He's not going to waive his ntc. He's already made it about the money.

Going to be vastly overpaid
Endorsements for being on the cowboys
No accountability
entertainment organization
The fact that it’s all about the money is why he would agree to a trade. It’s clear he is all about the money and can veto a trade. But he can get a mega deal now rather than a year from now. He will want that now vs risking a broken femur this season. That might cost Dak millions.

Top 5 jersey sales to boo's. Ok.
I don't think he's top 5

2023 Best Selling NFL Jerseys

Who Has The Top Selling NFL Jersey In 2023?

Jalen Hurts currently has the top-selling NFL player jersey for the 2023 season! Find all the latest Jalen Hurts Eagles jerseys right here at the Official NFL Shop!

  1. Jalen Hurts Eagles Jersey
  2. Micah Parsons Cowboys Jersey
  3. Ceedee Lamb Cowboys Jersey
  4. Patrick Mahomes Chiefs Jersey
  5. Jason Kelce Eagles Jersey
  6. Christian McCaffrey 49ers Jersey
  7. Brock Purdy 49ers Jersey
  8. Josh Allen Bills Jersey
  9. Travis Kelce Chiefs Jersey
  10. Joe Burrow Bengals Jersey
Only place I've seen where he was listed as top 5 is through the Lids sales, and even Lids.com is pushing Parsons/Lamb jerseys this year. You have to scroll halfway down the first page to get them selling Daks jersey. It speaks nothing about his abilities as a Quarterback, but I wouldn't discount the possibility that Dallas fans as a whole are souring on Dak.

I personally think its time to blow it all up a start a proper rebuild rather than shooting for 8-8 every year. Trade dak, lamb and maybe even Parsons. If we aren't going deep in playoffs why try to maintain the status quo.

Why not just ask Dak which teams he would be acceptable going to?

Which team at this point would want to give out a huge deal and a 5th round pick for a starting QB?

I'd assume the Titans would want to ride or die with Levis this upcoming year.
Vegas just cut Jimmy G, not sure if they want to get into another QB contract.
Commanders are probably looking towards the draft for their next QB.

Dak probably rejects the Pats.
Cardinals probably stick with the Hobbit and draft another one

Lions won a few playoff games with Goff, don't see the point.

I’ve stated it numerous times but we should trade Dak now to start the rebuild. If you’re not going “all in” and can’t afford FA’s, what’s the point? And Im not talking Tier 1 FA’s, I’m talking about normal priced FA’s. Anything less that 7-8 million per season.

You’re already the 2nd youngest team and you let go of Tyron already bringing that average down.

In order for him to nix the no trade clause it would have to be for a competitive team in a nice market. Currently Las Vegas stands out. Pretty good defense and Davante Adams. He could be on every billboard in town there.

Tennessee would be a nice team for Dak as well. They are revamping everything and are in the works to build the new stadium. Lots of upside for him there.

And for the people saying he wouldn’t command picks think again.
If Dallas agreed to eat a portion of his salary, whats the return look like? 3rd round pick in return?

Some fans don’t get the Dallas Cowboys gravy train for players. The Joneses have a legitimate reason to ask players to take home town discounts. If Dak played for any other team and had similar stats he would not have 1/3 of the commercials. Wait to we see how many commercials CeeDee is in next season.
I've seen the counter-point though which is that the Jones Boys think it applies to everyone. No, just the QB and maybe a few standout positions. Brandin Cooks didn't suddenly become a jersey seller when he moved to Dallas.
