The Cowboys lost so many games because their defense sucked. Take the recent 51-48 loss to the Broncos for instance. If our D had been better over the course of Romo's career the Cowboys would have had a few more playoff appearances and quite possibly the SB some of you are insisting upon. Does that downplay Romo's performance or the records he's achieved in a Cowboys uniform? Of course not.
The man has been nothing less than the heart and soul of this team for nearly a decade now. The ROH is about personal achievement. It's not about winning teams. If it were, we'd see dates on the Ring instead of player's names.
Tony Romo's courage and character has been flawless since he's donned the Silver & Blue. He's played with hand, shoulder and back injuries. Anyone remember how he limped behind Center time and time again with those serious back injuries? That says a lot about a man and a player's character, will to win and will to sacrifice himself for the sake of the team.
Romo is a no-brainer. JJ loves him. His coaches love him. His team and his fans love him. Pencil it in. Romo will be in the Ring.
