haha I read DC.com's mailbag and they just played it like "Hey Doug Free is the man, yadda yadda."

Look I loved Free, but he was only ok when he stepped in at LT.

Yea, but he was forced to play LT in a pinch. He had been playing RT. Maybe if he's put at LT he'll be fine. We just don't know based on the fact that he hasn't played any LT.

this argument is getting...boring.......

Typically does not mean they need to be. Tuinei and Light come to mind.

And all of this is immaterial if they think Free is capable of doing an above average job at the position.

You can be bored of it all you want but the above is the crux of the argument despite all of your fatalism towards the position.

Well if they completely ignore tackle in the draft then we can say Free is the man in their eyes. I'm not convinced yet but will be happy to be wrong if he plays as good as Tuinei...

Im sorry but I dont see why they keep saying Doug Free is the next guy were banking on at LT.

I liked Free at RT but he didnt come up big at LT when he played the part.

IMO we need to get Gaither or draft a LT in the first round this year. I think LT is a franchise position and I just dont believe Free is our Franchise guy.

He would be better than any rookie at the position though.
