Well, that would mean that JJ made a huge mistake. So, pride tells me that's not happening.

Buckle in fans. Dak is here until Jerry's no longer the GM or his contract's over.

Everyone that watched yesterday’s game knows exactly why the Cowboys lost.

Enough time, money, and resources have been invested in Dak Prescott to get to a Championship. And it hasn’t happened.

And if you’re a rational organization, you admit that and realize it’s unlikely that it ever will.

Now because of poor management, you’re financially stuck with the player and two years of the contract. But that doesn’t mean you have to be stuck on the field.

Draft a quarterback.

Send a message to the incumbent and give yourself another valid option. And allow yourself an ‘out’ from the disappointing results and financial burden.

It’s time.
I've been saying this all year long. IF we stay with Dak we still need a capable backup, CRush is leaving this year to get a back up job somewhere else so we need to replace that production. so Draft a guy in 2nd or 3rd round just for that. make sure when capable of starting some day and let dak play out his contract, i think we have 2 more years that grooming time. but you have to find someone who is Accurate with the ball, can read a defense and has above average arm talent. Like we saw with breeze purdy and others, you dont have to be the biggest guy with the rocket arm to win in this league. I like Jake Haener so far in my draft evals. he could be had in mid to late rounds. i have not start looking at anything earlier because we have other needs. but someone like him to broke all of David and Derek Car's records at Fresno State could help.

Once Dak knows he won’t be starting he will beg to be traded and with luck some other team will need a QB in week 3 or 4 because of injury. If not then let him sit all year long. Bye Dak.

Ok make the trade but we have to eat some of the contract

Only good to come from last night’s debacle is that more of the media and fanbase is turning on this fraud
I'm listening to local Dallas radio, and the people from the Cowboys organization are blaming the receivers for not getting open. Don't expect the local media to turn on him.

Jones owns the local media and has for decades. Any critics find themselves without a job.

if he asks for it , they might be able to. with his approval I am sure they can amend his contract.

Well it sounds like they tried to get the NC QB that Wash took in the 5th last year so maybe they know as well

I just read what Isray said about QB. I wonder if trading Dak to the Colts would work? lol

Jerry does not do what he has to do and is incapable of admitting a mistake .

What do you think about Justin Fields? Chicago has 1st overall, so you may be able to convince them to QB reset.

Dak to the Jets for a draft haul, then a 1 to Chi for Fields. Rookie contract, mobile QB, spend that money on getting him a deep WR group
