Why wouldn't he sign as soon as possible?

I agree. The young man needs to be paid. He has to be dipping into one of the last million we are still paying him.

For someone who only joined up last month you sure are being pushy (and that's putting it nicely).

Arrogant or ignorant might have been the words I would have chosen-- if the mods weren't cracking down on personal attacks today... :D

The second part is true, but Jackson had a 106 QB rating in the preseason and looked tremendous. The Vikings organization is sky high on him, and Henson will have to have a heck of a stint in there to leapfrog him.

Maybe, but I saw the Senior bowl practices and he was easliy the worst looking QB here. I was suprised he was even drafted to be honest with you.

Hmmm, I wouldn't have thought he'd still be practice squad-eligible...

He was active for fewer than nine games in 2004, so he's eligible.

Remember a few years ago, Anthony Wright was eligible for the Ravens' practice squad after two seasons and five starts in Dallas.

Someone has to run the scout team O and throw deep outs to the DB's during practice. Not to mention salaries are week to week at this point in the year. I'm betting he'll be there til Jackson gets back then *poof* gonr
