Eagles have reportedly discussed a possible trade for Jonathan Taylor

Wondering what Taylor's 2021 season of over 300 carries and missing 5 games last year and being less effective is just the mostly normal decline after a 300 + carry season?

Should be interesting...

Who cares? It will be costly tradewise and contract. A 15 million dollar RB will end up being a hinderance. Some teams have learned this the hard way and others will figure it out down the road.

Love watching our Rivals actively try to get better while we "Like our guys"
And this after they ALREADY stole Swift from Detroit....this is just embarrassing....but who really didn't think that it would happen??? "We like our JAG's!"

Trade wise I think JT can be had for a 4th round pick. At most

Did the Eagles do something?

I remeber the eagles dod the same thing a while back ago. The running back they hired joined what people were calling a dream team. His name was Demarco Murray, and that didn't work out for the eagles.

Sure

But if you put JT in that offense, it's going to be successful.

If philly gives him a new contract will you still cry and moan that we didn't get him?
I hope someone stops them, but I also hope it's not us.

If Philly gives him a new contract, it probably won't matter. They're trying to win a super bowl now, and they don't care if they have to go through 2-3 rebuild years in 3-4 years. They've got the talent and if they get a legit back like JT, they'll be really tough.

At least they keep trying to go big....and trying even harder after recently winning a Super Bowl. What in the hell do we have to show for our fiscally responsible efforts???

I can't believe there are 8 pages of posts just because some knob reporter made up a rumor to get attention.

The eagles would never do this in a million years.
