Exactly People acting like u only need a good QB and not good coaching or good surrounding pieces. Some people just don't know how a football TEAM works.

what you are allowed to run a slant route into a blitz. I thought we could only run hook routes in that situation.

folks talk about Eagles losing key free agents ... so they will be much lesser team

but they still have the consumate front office executives that have made those key FA player happen ... so it's very likely those very same execs will constantly be
on the move again with seeking and fishing out more key FA players ... - as well as nifty clever key trades.. to add with key high draft picks

They have clearly built a great foundation , while we are laying it all on Wil McClay, McCarthy and Quinn to use smoke and mirrors to even get us near a NFC title game

- sumthin' we haven't been in past decades before ....and likely to be decades to come ...

Well, it's true but that doesn't mean they won't be good or win the division again. I'm just not sure they will be as dominant.

They will have to restructure Johnson and slays contracts… Which will get them down to about 28 million under the cap. If they extend Hargrave they actually save money under the cap as he’s due so much via voided years. I think they can run it back… But they have a year of reckoning coming up sometime soon.

It’ll be an extension… So next year is not affected. Also I imagine they back load it so they can ride out this current window as long as possible. Face it, they are the team to beat as long as hurts stays healthy

This is the Eagles 2nd SB appearance in 6 years ... under a different QB, different HC... they've had a couple of bust first rd picks. and manage '
to ruin a QB .. but cuz how they operate and construct a team that can contend for a SB, .. that's a foundation for years to come

It's a reason why they have placed their team in such a position ..and a reason why we have went " decades" from even getting to an NFC title game - regardless of HC
or starting QB.

- A division and another SB bid is Not a guarantee... but it's about making the personnel moves to build .. or building a foundation for the immediate present
and the future in successfully contending for a SB ....

With us .. it could be a NFC East title and a 12-5 record ..but come playoff time - ... we are outta there !!

And right back to the same ole drawing board ...same ole season sad song
