So Dallas and other teams are not focused on winning? That is a stupid statement.
So the Eagles finally win a SB, and that makes them the better team and franchise and all that. Don't think so. Not saying Dallas is that either. But recent success does not mean they are overall better.

But hey, go ahead and tell yourself that, as I won't ty to convince you otherwise.
But I will give you credit for actually posting your reasons, and I will not argue against them other than what I already posted.
These type of post are good, as to just a drive by post. Those are the ones I do not like.

I was going to give you a like from your 1st 2 statement. But getting into culture and the focused on winning games, you lost me there.
 
He's one of the those players you wonder why from the outside they never got a long term deal. Cause he is a good linebacker, or was due to the rapid declination of talent that can happen in the NFL.

Like mentioned above wonder if it was him being a headcase or something.

That team was so far from talented almost rebuilding ....they was injury riddled to the brim, had a bad line and no ET. Lol @ Darkhorse they literally squeaked in because someone had to win games in their division besides Rams. They have SF/Cards .. and an easy schedule.
 
physically gifted but lacks the want to at times. That's been his M.O. He is best suited for spot duty in certain packages...NOT STARTING. So this is a nonstory really.

All of that means nothing. It does not mean one teams culture is any better than another. It is a matter of preference to them for personal reasons. Nothing more. But if the money was enough, they would sign. I mean if Jerry and other owners are all about money, so are the players, it has been proven over and over.

we cant sign everyone I guess is the moral of the story...PLUS...the dude wouldn't even see light of day on our roster due to the log jam of talent we already have at the position. Good for the iggles...they got a spot duty guy.. YAY.

The culture I mean is the Jones culture. Never was a Cowboys culture its a Jones family culture. No good coach wants to be involved in that. If Jerry was dead set on winning he would hand the keys over to some one able to win. Maybe even hire a real coach he trusts ...not a puppet that he can take to family dinner that nods his head yes to everything he is asked and claps when they bring the food.

I know a lady that her fiancé worked in the FO for Jerry during the 90's. Unfortunately he was killed in an accident. He had 3 SB rings from them. She has one of them, and has shown it to me. She still keeps it in a Safety Deposit box.

She showed me pictures and told me stories from Jerry's Christmas parties for the team at his house. She says it at least at that time was a great atmosphere. He is very loyal to everyone that works for the team, and players.

yeah...Jerry Jones culture issues are less and less of an issue these days because me thinks the front office is more or less pushing him to the background. It has been very telling. He's more of a pitch man these days than a meat and potatoes guy. The day to day ops are left to others. Stevie has delegated much of that t others..THANK GOD. lol

I never said anything about one team's culture being better or not.

But you are naive to discount the possibility that players that are socially active and have major causes they push would be reluctant to sign with an organization that has a reputation for wanting to stifle that.
