He isn't wrong when he says "sometimes they take they field and think we should win another one because we have the star on the of our helmets and double digit wins" I have felt this way for a while.

We were tired for sure. That said we should have wiped the floor with them. They had 9 players out and a QB who had thrown 17 passes in his entire Career. Ok performance, but certainly did not seem to put folks on notice that we will be a force in the playoffs. I just feel our defense isn't near ready to stop any of the good offenses out there.

Hopefully getting a few guys back by then, but I share your concern.

At least they stopped saying he can't throw them open.
For now.
To be fair, this is the first season he has consistently tried to throw those kinds of balls.

I was legit impressed at some of his precision throws last night, followed by a legit *** on some other throws.

I think everyone who’s keeping it real about the Cowboys knows what Tom Brady is going to do to the Cowboys if this is the defense he’s going to be seeing in the playoffs. He’ll have over 300 yards and multiple TDs. Opponents have been having a lot of success, throwing the ball against us lately. Brady will surgically take apart our D if we can’t get him on the ground. The excuse everyone is making for our lack of sacks the past several games is that QBs are getting rid of the ball quick and no one gets rid of the ball any quicker than Brady. I’ve said it many times I don’t think the Cowboys are committed to being the best team they can be. They get up for good teams, then look flat the following week against a lesser opponent. The INT’s are piling up for Dak. if Tampa is the team we face it in the first round, the game won’t even be close if we start turning the ball over giving Brady more opportunities with short fields. The score will end up something like 34.-17 if we suffer turnovers. If the game is close, Brady will find a way to pull it out. If we can’t get him on the ground we’re done!

If a no name like Dobbs can look pretty good against our defense playing behind backups on the OL, good luck stifling Tom Brady in a playoff game on the road.

he repped himself well and is better than tanneyhill and wiilis

Valid. I would love to see them heading into the playoffs red hot but two things to consider. The Cowboys know they didn't need that game. They are locked into the 5th seed and it would take a miracle for them to win the division or improve their seeding. The second thing to remember is they are dealing with a boatload of injuries. I think LVE and Pollard both would have played if the Cowboys needed the game. At the same time, I think they want to try to avoid further injuries to their starters.

I just think the mental part of the game is harder than the physical part, especially when there is nothing to play for. If Dallas wanted that game badly, I have no doubt they would have played better and blown out the Titans.

Having said that, some of the same things we saw the last two weeks continue to plague them, like the pass coverage for instance. The injuries to Brown and Lewis have really set this defense back in a big way.
