If they aren't going to upgrade Biaz, which isn't a must, they have to draft another G/T. This doesn't have to be a day 1 pick either.Case in point…and Tyler B.

They are going to need to add a future left side starter and sign a swing Tackle. This can easily be filled in the draft, even after day 1.That’s what I’m worried about.
There’s an entire world of data / metrics that say he’s an above average QB and show otherwise. I’m not going to turn this into a Dak thread but feel free to message me if you’d like to learn more.
But the ‘they’ that developed Steele and Biadasz in Dallas was, in fact, the much-maligned Joe Philbin. Let’s be honest here.MM team's have a track record of developing late drafted lineman. Philbin was his OC, not OL coach for the majority of his time together.
The Georgia offense was vanilla. They just overwhelmed teams with their talent. Cavanaugh loves him and so does Dane. Not sure Washington is worth that pick and is a good fit for our offense. Yes, he is a good inline blocker, but he is really limited as a receiver. I could get excited about taking a top TE, but I see him more as a 2nd rd prospect.
Then you are making an erroneous statement. Lynch was by far the most important part of that O. He carried them. I have no idea what you're saying by stating he wasn't drafted by the Seachickens. Why do you deem that relevant?Lynch wasn’t drafted by the Hawks and was signed as a FA. He made between 2-7 mil per year with them…not 10/15+.
In that Super Bowl he rushed for 39 yards and averaged 2.6 per carry
Nah, I think I’ll keep it at zero.
I think we can agree, since MM was hired our in-house development has been strong, far better then Garrett lead teams. But the ‘they’ that developed Steele and Biadasz in Dallas was, in fact, the much-maligned Joe Philbin. Let’s be honest here.
Wilson never sniffed a super bowl when the Seachickens were counting on him to do it. Lynch and the D is what led to the two consecutive super bowl appearances. We can’t play football and ask his arm to win us games. He isn’t capable of that in the post season against legit teams.
Maybe. But I don’t think it’s quite as easy as you make it sound. They are going to need to add a future left side starter and sign a swing Tackle. This can easily be filled in the draft, even after day 1.
I am less higher on him then most, really like Mayer, Kincaid, Mustgrave over him. They all will be much better in the passing game. Mayer is the one I would draft in rd 1, the rest I see more as 2nd rd prospects. The Georgia offense was vanilla. They just overwhelmed teams with their talent. Cavanaugh loves him and so does Dane.
Swing Tackle can be signed in fa. We seen teams find starting Guards, even on day 3. A prospect like Vorhees from USC is being projected outside the top 100, I see him being a day 1 starter.Maybe. But I don’t think it’s quite as easy as you make it sound.
Who coached the offense linemen? Let’s not be intentionally deceptive.I think we can agree, since MM was hired our in-house development has been strong, far better than Garrett lead teams.
Swing tackles we have. Jason Peters can do that, if he doesn’t decide to retire that is.Swing Tackle can be signed in fa.
I like Voorhees as well. But I like Torrence and Avila more.We seen teams find starting Guards, even on day 3. A prospect like Vorhees from USC is being projected outside the top 100, I see him being a day 1 starter.
I think you can find a good one on day 2. You also can sign a bridge fa and draft more of a developmental prospect. Player like Evan Brown from the Lions could be a nice low end signing.Swing tackles we have. Jason Peters can do that, if he doesn’t decide to retire that is.

ummmm gonna say no thanks to that, put me down for no more line shuffling during the season please. How is it crazy? Between Tyron staying healthy, signing a vet or a rookie stepping in there are 3 options.
Yes, but Philbin wasn't his OL coach with GB, where they also had success.Who coached the offense linemen? Let’s not be intentionally deceptive.
I don’t think it’s that easy. Not when teams are overpaying our former starters that people claimed were ‘trash’. Connor Williams being the most recent example.I think you can find a good one on day 2. You also can sign a bridge fa and draft more of a developmental prospect. Player like Evan Brown from the Lions could be a nice low end signing.
Ya had me until you went with Tyron Smith at RT. If you’re ‘planning’ on Tyron anywhere, plan on line shuffling.ummmm gonna say no thanks to that, put me down for no more line shuffling during the season please.
I'm either drafting or signing either a starting LG or a starting OT.
If you land the LG, TylerS LT, New LG, TylerB C, ZackM RG, TyronS RT with Steele, Ball and Waletzko battling it out for the swing.
Hopefully re-sign McG for back up G, or go with another option, preferably in house, like Farniok.
If we get an OT you have more options to work out in camp deciding who plays where.
