Micah is too good to be wasted in Dallas.

Mutiny might happen if Dak does this next year.

Be interesting to see what his value is on the trade market. I'm thinking two number 1s.

Since Parsons has been drafted the Cowboys are second in the league in wins and have made the playoffs each year. Micah is one of the most popular players in the league of the field because quite frankly he is a Cowboy. I bet when he signs his long term contract with the Cowboys it will surpass Dak’s money. So why would Parsons leave again.
To win a SB.

They can activate his 5th year option and tag him twice after that, if they can't come to an agreement. That's 7 years of his career.

I wouldn't look to the Cowboys to do the smart thing and get a bundle for him in a trade.

Honestly...I'd trade him if it meant getting a generational QB like Herbert or Allen.
I bet Chicago would trade the first pick in the draft for Parsons today. Do you think these quarterbacks in this draft class can be a Mahomes or Burrow?

He can do a lot worse than back to back 12 win teams. Players are a bit more realistic than fans. They don't blame the current roster for 27 years, and they have said as much. He will plant roots playing for his favorite team and the team he dreamed of being drafted to.

Things can change in the next THREE-FOUR years, but unless we are in a step decline I don't expect him to leave.

In any event we have a lot of ground to cover before this becomes a potential problem.
Agreed. Things can change in the next 3-4 years. Obviously we have him for the next 3. And I understand the tag system, but as I've said, that can get messy quick. If after 3 years this team isn't showing signs of being better than what we've been, and the QB is still inconsistent, I can see him looking to join a legit contender.

Maybe. It's my gut feeling. Kid seems like he craves greatness, and not just being great at what he does. He doesn't seem like someone who is gonna settle for being recognized as a great player that never won anything. Again, my gut feeling.
He’s going to fail on 31 other teams as well - would be a dumb move to go to another team unless he is trying to take a team friendly deal and win with mahomes
