this is the one encouraging thing I have noticed with this team as well--
over the last year or two, this team has actually added some guys who desperately want to win, instead of just repeating cliches and platitudes and paying lip service to success while filming as many yogurt and mattress commercials as possible.

you get 6-8 of those guys in the locker room and then you have the ingredients to actually start doing something.

The question is more like when the time comes will we have the cap space to give him the 20 million he will want a year. Exactly.....Parsons won't sniff free agency until 2026 and even then we can tag him. So 2027 is likely the earliest he'll have any leverage. Hell, if Quinn takes a job now, he could be back to assistant coach by then.....LOL. Not to mention, people forget, this is Parsons's dream team. In fact, I would argue this is more his team now than Dak and I'm guessing Jerry and Stephen will agree. So any talk of Parsons leaving is nonsense........
