She went to work at Fox Sports in 2002 then ESPN in 2004 so she has been reporting on sports for many years now.

Andrews is attractive, but her voice grates on me...it sounds like it almost belongs on a dude...she makes me think of the Seinfeld episode with the girl with the man-hands...I dunno....doesn't matter to me either way...the sideline people are a non-factor to the entertainment value of the game to me

Speaking of the Golf Channel Melanie Collins just debuted this past season as one of the new hosts of the The Big Break. She replaced Stephanie Sparks who's 40. Another out with the old and in with the younger much more attractive woman. Andrews has nothing on this girl and she's 8 years younger. Collins is one of the hottest female sports reporters I've seen and has a nice voice. Nothing annoying about her but she can be distracting. She's covered a number of different sports and is moving her way up the ladder she could be roaming the NFL sidelines in a few years.

I just care about 3 hours of good football. Who is on the side lines is very low on my radar. Very overrated.

It just seems we spend more time criticizing the physical appearance of female reporters than we do the men. Goose, for example, has been darkening sidelines for years, and nobody seems to take issue with that particular unfortunate aesthetic.

Well, regardless of how beautiful Erin Andrews is, I think the important thing is can she deliver on the job she was given. She's got big shoes to fill, because I think Pam still has the goods. But you can't fight age in the media, although she looks nowhere near her age. Lady got some good genes.
