Just listened to the call. Author makes a good, compelling argument. Basically; it should be easy for the Cowboys to prove their claims, but refused to share with the reporter. His point is that you could share:
- Surveillance of how long he was in/out
- Results from forensics investigation
- Dalrymple letter of discipline
And confirm that you investigated the matter. That would go a LONG way in showing that the Cowboys HR and Counsel did, in good faith, investigate the allegations and take the right course of action. But right now, all we have to go on is their word.

Can anyone suggest why they would NOT want to share those with the reporter, unless they don't support their case as well as theyw ould like?
