Who said he's gong to be the lead back? They still have Matthews who he will share time with.

Sproles has proved to be a great player in this league and is why he's been a big part of three offenses in his career. You simply just don't know what you're talking about.

Thank goodness you're not an NFL coach. "See that Darren Sproles guy on that play? Don't worry about him, he's short. He's no good. Just pretend he's not even on the field."

Anyone here think he plays through any injury now? I say no chance. He had two injuries last year that would have sidelined him for a total of 4-6 weeks in previous years. He only played because he was chasing a record and a contract. He got both so I bet he goes back to sitting with even the slightest ouchie.

I'm amazed at how quick people are to take facts about people they don't know at all and attribute them to character flaws. You have no idea what the true nature and extent of his previous injuries were and yet you're happy to make all sorts of unfounded accusations.
