ESPN's 5 most deadly hitters

I will tell ya though, Taylor should did lay the wood on that punter in the Pro Bowl game.

yet, you said this...
I'm not sure what you are disagreeing with. I said he had a bad 2006 season, but he did make a lot of tackles. I don't remember him whiffing on a lot.

Take off the homer goggles.

because you're yelling that you know Sean Taylor missed alot of tackles even though you didn't, you're replying to someone refuting your point that Taylor doesn't wiff on too many tackles, he does

I'm talking about in coverage
because he was playing the run first. It's hard to do both when you know the runner is going to get 5-6 unless you attack the LOS.

:lmao2: you don't play the run when the play is pass, but Taylor is that dumb, so I believe he does read a passing play as a running play

Its useless defending Taylor in anyway.

The guy gave up the most TDs in the league through the air and also missed the most tackles in the league.

I would leave it alone.

he also got upended by Portis in the second 05 game...

he also knocked out Laveraneous Coles, pile-drove Patrick Ramsey, broke Emmitt Smith's collarbone, busted up Jimmy Smith, Todd Heap, Shaun Alexander, the list goes on...

No, I was not arguing that he whiffed on a lot of tackles. I'm arguing that he HAD to make a lot of tackles. IF he did whiff a lot of tackles, it MAY be because he had to make a lot of them and most of those being in somewhat open space as where a LB usually takes on a runner closer to the LOS.

Broke Musa Smiths ankle also.

Ugh, talking to cowboys fans is like arguing with a recording. You are going to say what you want, when you want, no matter what's being said. I said Roy deserves to be on the list. But to pretend that nobody ever gets the best of him is ********...

I really debate that missed tackle stat, I haven't seen a credible source cited, other then a Cowboy fan saying he read it in Stats LLC.

wow, how dumb do you think we are? that is your new argument, your old one was, "well, Taylor has over 100 tackles, so he didn't wiff on many", until it was refuted w/ "that's an indication that your front 7 sucks", so it's now turned into, "he was the only one playing the run", just stop, Sean Taylor was the worst safety in the history of the game last year, I would take smarta910's advice and just leave it alone

That "Cowboy fan" is the most reliable poster when it comes to STATS.

Wanna talk about ********? How bout claiming that the guy hardly ever whiffs on tackles when he set a league record in that stat category?

It's like a Cowboy fan claiming that TO doesn't drop balls.

I never said anything of the sort, you're running down the list of who has run over Roy, and I'm going over the list of who Roy has destroyed, that is all, tit-for-tat
