When you say a coach lacks any semblance of competence, it's pretty hyperbolic. You don't finish 8-8, 8-8, 8-8, 12-4 without some level of competence.

Just because you want to win games and feel entitled to win games, it still does not affect the probability of winning games without the top 2 players on the field.

I'm not talking about excuses. I'm talking about the most practical method of attempting to win games without the top 2 players.

The coaching/scheme may not have been perfect but it can't be radically wrong either considering they've been close to winning 4 of 5 games without the top 2 players and considering that the replacement QBs are scrubs.

That's what gets me about MOST of the JG support group. When Parcells was here with a MUCH MUCH les talented roster they complained he had the team playing not to lose. Now it's golden boy doing the same thing only worse an it's every thing but what he's doing as coach. Head scratcher for sure.

Without the 12-4 i would say "average competence." but hail, in this age of the Jerra regime i guess 8-8 is a successful season.

I would say it was more Romo but you know, even if the planets are mis-aligned 1,000th of a centimeter and the timing off the planets is of by a nanosecond, that could have accounted for a 12-4 instead of the usual 8-8. I am not a scientist but i read a lot off the internet during library hours.
