Urban has been listed as high as 305 and could possibly be bigger. I'm not sure of their plans for his position, I just don't think he's ever been tried as a full time 1T so tough to expect it.
I know he's a top-notch run-stopper, but at his height, it's difficult no matter how heavy he could get to stay low enough not to be rooted out when you face a double-team, which is what the 1-tech is supposed to draw. You generally not only need size, but a low center of gravity to anchor down and force the double to stay with you long enough for the linebackers to stay clean and make plays.
Woods is built well for the nose tackle position. The problem with him is that while he's tough to move, he doesn't really make a lot of plays when the double-team lineman peels off to go get the linebackers. A top-notch nose tackle wins the one-on-one to either make the play in the backfield or force the double-team to stay with him. Now, if Quinn does some one-gapping with both DTs on early downs, then Urban can handle that role inside. He's strong and uses his length well to fight off blocks and make plays against the run.
