My fear is this FO is gambling huge on this oline to be what it was a couple years ago or so and dont plan on drafting a guy at all to compete for starting LT or RT. IMO its dumb. They will be gambling with Daks health. I am more worried about Collins I think. I bet the swing tackle we signed will start the season the first few games. Scary thought and I think THAT is also a huge risk. Your counting on a guy thats 36 years old, a career back up to come in here and hold down the fort until the real starter is ready.I hate it. I may be in the minority, but we should heavily consider drafting a quality tackle AND GUARD within the first 4 rounds. This draft is deep at those positions, quality and depth. Why not grab a couple? Jerrys complicit stubbornness and willful loyalty to players THEY DRAFTED might hurt Dak. I am worried.

You make a solid point there lol. Very true. We always do well when no one see's it coming..all the pressure is off. Right now the media is cradling the Gmen and WFT's jock lol..on how great they did and we are being largely shoved to the side. Maybe that IS a good thing as you say.

nobody saw us coming in 2014,2016 when we went on a run. Dak was an absolute beast in 2016 for a rookie QB. He has grown so much since then. Problem has been the D has been ignored.Its in shambles as a result.

last time was the mid 90's. Agree. We should be very excited about Neal. He's young and smart, makes plays, is fundamentally sound..gets dudes lined up so they can at least be in position to make a tackle. In ATL they had little in front of him. He didnt get much help. He was on an island surrounded by trash lol.

If Quinn can do anything at all really, they will be better.

The division is still garbage, albeit improved, and the rest of the conference is by no means insurmountable.

The defense had not been ignored. The have devoted numerous picks and resources to the defense. It just that the vast majority of their decisions have sucked.

Hill is hardly a REAL resource lol..it was a reach. Taco was another major reach. Byron Jones has proven to be just average. You make it sound as if we drafted all pros. lol..We missed on too many defenders...oh and LVE, JAYLON are hardly great....they been below average.

All I'm saying they tried to bring in talent and their choices produced crappy results. For what ever reasons they have a huge blind spot when it comes to the defense.
