How 'bout we drop it as the 15 yard penality was called, skins kick the field goal and win the game.Should not have come to that anyway.We lost they won "nuff said

Good to know not every Cowboys fan is a sore loser.
You guys played a good game and your young quarterback looks like he could turn out to be real good.

OK I didnt read the last 3 pages but I had a strange question.
So on a change of posession and the offense becomes the defense etc....
And the QB throws a pick thats run back for a TD. Technicaly it sounds like the offense became the defense at the moment the pick ocurred correct?
So when the other teams defense scores a TD off the pick.... Does the stats for that TD go against the defense? The real defense was never on the field for the play. The offense was and the quarterback threw the pick.
Before the play happened our defense had allowed say 100 points for the season. Technically that was our defense that got scored on in the example. The game can not end on a defensive penalty so our defense is on the field right? So they were defense and our defense has now allowed 106 points? LOL !
You know this has raised a lot of interesting questions. I would not think it was fair to include that score against our defense's stats but... come on now..... If the game can't end on a penalty against the defense then that score counts against the defenses stats right?
