I don't see this lack of tolerance you speak of, he's merely making an observation about facial tattoo's. Who the hell are you now? The authority on tolerance with some of the attack posts you make on this site? You need to take a hard look in the mirror before you make assumptions and observations about people you do not know.
I too disagee with this. I think timb2 is just pointing out that kids aren't mature or experienced enough to understand the damage doing something like this can inflict on the rest of your life. There is a lady I work with now who put those gauges in her ear for years. She doesn't wear them anymore and she said doing that is the biggest regret of her life. There is no way to repair the damage she did and she did it because she thought it was cool at the time. Opinions change, the damage does not.@timb2 you sound like a bigot from 1930-40s Germany with your shaming of people that don't do things as you would do them. People today are free to do as they please. This freedom should be celebrated, not shamed as you are doing. Freedom is a beautiful thing that comes in many shapes and forms. You are bound to come across some that you don't personally like but you should still tolerate. Tolerance is the virtue that allows us to all come together from all ethnicities and backgrounds and be stronger together for it. Tolerance is in rare supply these days so stop being part of the problem by not having it.
yeah, but as I stated in my post. 99.9999999% of people won't be anywhere near as successful as Post Malone, but people still still do this and then be left wanting and regretting in their future.I don't think Post Malone is going to be trying to get an accountant job after his singing career is over.
So I guess you think there are no restriction on how old some has to be to even get a tattoo. You admit you have none so maybe you are unaware of the restrictions on who can get a tattoo. Kids are not mature enough to be able to make life-impacting decisions which is why, when it comes to tattoos, they can't be the one that makes that decision. Your point is completely moot. If you are old enough to drink, old enough to die for your country in war, then are old enough to get a tattoo anywhere you damn well please. You stand corrected, your intolerance is disgusting.I too disagee with this. This is the exact reason I don't have any tattoos. (I do like them thought) If I didn't have the forethought in my youth, I would have all kinds of heavy metal, skulls, and sports tattoos. Today, I don't watch any sports except Hockey and most of the crazy tattoos I thought about, I would never do it today.
Putting tattoos on your face is incredibly brazen and pretty much throws any chance at a normal life away. You will be relegated to being a tattoo artist, bar tender, or the like for the rest of your life. (why didn't I say musician? because, most people fail at it or end up 1 hit wonders at best, it's not a life long career for 99.99999999% of us)
So many of these people do not realize how they are going to impact their future. Tattoos are an adaptation to emotional states spurred by current interests. Those current interests are bound to change and then you're branded for the rest of your life for due to a current interest that is no longer your interest.
Kids are not mature enough to be able to make life impacting decisions at such a young age and there are millions of people who have regrets for past actions.
@timb2 is just making a keen public observation and I hope someone here heeds his point. Cheers to you timb2.
I don't like them for me personally but I don't begrudge anyone that has one no matter where it is. I judge people by their character, not the color or decoration of their skin.Tattoos seem like they’re making a comeback
They never really went away, but it feels like people are getting better, more imaginative tattoos than in the 90s and 2000s.
But yea I don’t get the face tats either. To each their own, but they just don’t look good to me
There you go again putting your nose in other people's business. It's no business of yours what other people do with their skin. You need to find more important issues to concern yourself with.yeah, but as I stated in my post. 99.9999999% of people won't be anywhere near as successful as Post Malone, but people still still do this and then be left wanting and regretting in their future.
Post Malone can do whatever he wants, but there are foolish people who do not understand the impact of their choice to do this will have on their future.
Look at the idiot descisions people are making today in the days of everyone is on Social Media and their lack of ability to understand what only watching / reading a single news source can do to your thought process.
People need negative feedback so they can ensure they are making good choices. When you limit your intake of information to a single source. You're ***-raping yourself from a knowledge and understanding standpoint. Then you make STUPID decisions based on your ignorance.
When I used the term kids, I was using it as a euphemism. Age doesn't necessarily mean maturity or lack of ignorance. So I guess you think there are no restriction on how old some has to be to even get a tattoo. Well then, shut your hole. It's none of your business what I do.There you go again putting your nose in other people's business. It's no business of yours what other people do with their skin. You need to find more important issues to concern yourself with.
It's still not your business to worry about it.When I used the term kids, I was using it as a euphemism. Age doesn't necessarily mean maturity or lack of ignorance.
People drink and drive and die at all ages. Ignorance was the deciding factor in their death and everyone who died because of their ignorance.
Please don't think I was attacking you, I was just disagreeing. Some idiot kid out there is (and has already) gotten facial tattoos and most of them will end up regretting it and it will end up having a lasting negative impact on their life. Of that, there is ZERO doubt.
It's still not your business to worry about it.
When you express your opinion on this forum be prepared to be accountable for it. That's my business to tell you to stop sticking your nose in the business of others.Well, then shut your hole. It's none of your business what I do.
...see how that works?
The irony is probably lost on you. You proved yourself to be a bigot.

What a strange calling to have it your business to tell others what's not their business. Is that how busybody came to be, a shortening of business body? When you express your opinion on this forum be prepared to be accountable for it. That's my business to tell you to stop sticking your nose in the business of others.
lol, I'm a bigot? You should see my family portrait. The irony is probably lost on you. You proved yourself to be a bigot.
I see you and see a bigot. I did nothing to you but call you out.I see, you're one of those that can only see fault in others, but not yourself. You remind me of most twitter users.
