The thing is that especially if Dak can help the team beat GB and then Romo comes back and messes with the chemistry of the team and then the team starts losing games. Especially if the game is lost because of Romo throwing INT"s then that could derail the good vibe that this team has going on right now and create problems in the locker room.

I love Romo but if the team keeps winning then you risk messing up the chemistry and plus the fact that Romo is fragile right now and seems like he is one hit away from being hurt again.

Why do you think Romo would be "throwing interceptions" if we're rolling up 200 yards on the ground every game and getting manageable third downs?

If our defense had been capable enough to nail down late leads Romo would not have been forced into all-or-nothing situations that led to costly picks. Were you even paying attention to the last ten years - or do I need to recite them for you play-by-play?

That depends. Romo being in might tempt Garrett to want to throw the ball more. There have been games in the past where we started off running the ball well and went away from it to pass more. Like that game against GB when Murray was running well in the first half.

HAHAHAA...:laugh::laugh::huh::lmao2::thumbup:... Ok so let's say our defense "CAN'T NAIL DOWN LATE LEADS" this year. Problem solved. No need to play Romo since he'll immediately throw costly picks. These are YOUR WORDS AND YOUR LOGIC. #hopeless

because you know in 2014, 34 TD's, 9 INT's...he's an INT machine lol /sarc

If Romo could have stayed healthy at the start of this season and get back to his 2014 form and have the team winning then as a Cowboys fan I would be happy. Right now with Dak helping this team win as a Cowboys fan I am happy. I want what's best to help this team keep winning.

I never stated that Romo always immediately threw costly picks - just acknowledged that costly picks were thrown.

Let's put it this way - when Romo starts (which even the foolish can see coming with crystal clarity) and succeeds, you will write a valentine to myself and the other posters who share this viewpoint. And if that never occurs this season - I will write a similar valentine to your sageness.

Is that fair?

Manning looked like *** for the last half the season and lost the job to Osweiller briefly during Denver's Super Bowl run.

Not sure how anyone could possibly compare Romo to Prescott. It's night and day right now. Will this kid continue to improve? Absolutely. Is he at Romo's level? Not even close. When Romo returns, the offense will open up, we'll be able to pass down field, and Elliott's production will increase even more.

Stunning how short people's memory's are and the media certainly doesn't want to help.

I love Romo, but there is another side to this, Prescott can run, and we have used that ability in our gameplan to opens up running lanes.

Tony is at the end. Prescott is the road ahead. Romo will most certainly get another shot and he deserves it. The Cowboys owe him more than that. The truth is he will not hold up...too bad...he deserved much better. The Cowboys are blessed to have taken Prescott..with this line and Elliott he will take the club back to glory. The future is now.

Manning didn't win crap last year. They won in-spite of Manning, not because of him. This is business, not personal. I wonder how many Pats fan were upset when Bledsoe went down and Brady took over.

Speaking of Brady...old and should have brittle bone disease by now. Replace him asap. The next hit could do him in.
