6 g is a gram less than a quarter ounce or two 8 balls. That missing gram probably was already up his friend and his nose.

If it was just for him then yeah that would be a lot but if you are going to a party or even hanging out with a few friends and are planning to bust out then that will be gone in a matter of a few hours. That is casual use.

If you are dealing and planning on doing it a QZ at a time youre an idiot. Youll be selling 20s all day long and having people bang on your door at 5 AM all the time.

I never knew that you were an expert in Arkansas drug statutes. I know in Texas it doesnt default to that unless its possession of at least 4 ounces. Anything under that they have to provide evidence that there was said intent. Im not sure what it is in Arkansas but hey I guess you do...

And why do you think they believe it? There was no preexisting diagnosis but at the same time the amount in his blood stream was not consistent with the amount doctors associate with an overdoes. Thats why the coroner said the cause of death was inconclusive because they could not be sure.

Actually in that article its said that when the news first broke out that he had died that most speculated that he must have had a heart problem, that was before they found out that he had taken cocaine.

If you look at the previous thread, folks were talking about whether he's a regular user or just a "got drunk and scored some in the bathroom" - you have to admit, the guy who rarely uses is not looking to an 8 as his purchase option. you've got to have a history to go with that sort of amount.

Being that I am from Arkansas and have been popped with coke before, anything over one gram is considered intent to distibute. The intent however is easily rebuffed in a situation like this. Matt Jones is being charged with a class Y felony, and if he goes to court on a class Y he will have no option at a plea bargain. Tuesday July 15th will be 9 years to the day that I was busted,and it was the best thing to ever happen to me. I have been drug free since. I got off on all charges because the crime lab lost or tainted the evidence. The last thing I will say is this, 6 grams of coccaine is a lot given that any amount is illegal. I hope for Matt Jones sake that he can learn from his mistake.

what conspiracy theory the autopsy was inconclusive as such any interpretation is valid. they gave a probable cause but no definite.

And possession of any controlled substance not pot is a felony possession. if i get caught with one mushroom its a felony. distribution is irrelevant.
