Love Mad Men, but wouldn't put it in my top 5 dramas of all time. Nothing compares to TWW.

I didn't think of X-Files as a drama, but I guess it would be classified as that tbh. Definitely in top 5 for me (Mulder seasons). No votes for Walker TX Ranger so far? (guilty pleasure) I used to enjoy the show "The Practice" quite a bit as it was a bit different than most legal shows (@ least @ the time).

I was going to put Walker on my list. Some people think he's corny but to me he's like a modern day John Wayne. I actually own the entire series on DVD.

Oh I love me some Walker TX Ranger! Like you said, modern day John Wayne basically. I love how the circumstances could be completely chaotic, then Walker comes in with the exact same demeanor no matter the scenario. You couldn't tell if the bad guys kidnapped his gf or they mistakenly put mayo on his sandwich. Closed book ("you ain't getting inside, so stop trying" type of dude).

The Spartacus series on Starz

There are a couple of foreign shows that are among my favorites

Hustle (British) - It's about a group of con artists. If you like The Sting or the Oceans 11 movies you'll love this series. Stellar cast that also features Robert Vaughn.

Underbelly (Australian) - Each season is based on a time or event in Australian organized crime history. The first season is an absolute must see especially for fans of crime dramas.

Hannibal is shaping up to be an all time fav, we'll see how Season 3 goes.
Also really enjoyed season 1 of Black Sails.
