Signed by Cowboys FB Olawale traded to Cowboys **merged**

An adult male who needs a safe space.

And they always want to tell you about it.

Sickening what's happened to men these days.
Funny you mention that. I always wonder, when a thread like this pops up and the Summer's Eve crew band together for their whine-fest, how many wives out there stare out the window with lament about what it was like to have a man around the house.

I guess the FO believed that if he was released, then there would be a couple of teams that might try to sign him, driving his price higher than the $190k salary than it is now. Move back 20-something spots and get a cheap FB (one year) that they have familiarity with. It's a "meh" deal in every sense. Nothing to get mad about but certainly nothing to get excited about. It sucks that Keith Smith is gone but it would suck more had we given him a 2yr/$4+m deal, too.

It's a solid roster move. It's not required to be exciting.

Could have drafted a FB in the 5th for cheaper. Dumb organization from top to bottom.

This is crazy, the first move we make is for a freaking FB.

I've almost pulled the trigger many times. But then I wouldn't see all his Twitter posts.
Good point. I don't put people on ignore, but it's amusing to see people who do and you find out in inadvertent ways.

Olawale is due $1.64 million.
$1.54 base plus $100K workout bonus.

Instead of wasting time on a FB, which you can pick up in a cornfield, you need to be focusing on SPEED AT WR, a great safety, LB, DT, back up lineman, and a back up QB who could start right away of Dak falters. Do that stuff first, and then think about a FB.
