"He's not known as a running quarterback but you could have fooled me!"

Remember Sam Darnold said he knew what the Cowboys were going to do because they do it every week and then the next week he as seeing ghosts against NE.

Let me say after many years of watching the NFL I know that it is not a case of QB vs QB since the 2 will never be on the field at the same time. This game is about team vs team. I don't care if Brady has a very good game or if Dak throws for more yards than Brady all I care about is the Dallas Cowboys out playing Tampa or whatever team we face. Dak will not face Brady, the Dallas Cowboys defense will face Brady and Dak will face the Tampa defense only time they will be face to face is before and after the game. I understand the importance of the QB but this is still about which team out plays the other team.

I agree but I think Brady is more than just a good QB. He elevates all the players around him. When he is on the field, everyone else believes they can win because he is the QB. So he has a bigger impact than other QBs.

Call me a homer but if Dak shows little or no rust, he can outplay all 6. Now does that mean we win all 6 games, hell no but I like our chances of getting off to a good start.

Dak and the offense might struggle a bit but I think when talking about winning the games it's more about how the defense can perform vs these guys.

people are vastly overrating WAS. Yeah they have a very good pass rush but what else? They aren't great against the run and the pass rushers are still very young. They got rid of their one vet they had there in Kerrigan. Their QB situation and OL just stinks. I don't see any way we lose less than 11 games, even with the 0-2 start.

their pass rush is scary good. they were 4th against the run. they were 4th in defensive scoring.....they have a couple of good WRs and a decent running game. they lacked a QB last year and Fitz gives them a better QB than they had last year....with that defense, they don't have to score 38 points a game like we had to..... the big thing is fitz....which fitz will show up...he can light it on fire one week and be a total dud the next......that's why he has been on so many teams...intriguing enough, but never consistently good enough.....he rattles very easily under slightest pressure......but they are legit...they won the division last year and they have the defense which always gives them a chance...I am looking forward to chase young vs. smith match up...it should be interesting.
