There can’t be another fan base that’s makes a bigger deal out of their QBs contract like this fan base. Fans were complaining about Dak’s second contract when there were several QBs ahead of him that were making more money.
most fan bases do similar. dak is a pretty unique case study though, and most all of it bad.

I’m sure some fans question how much their QB is being paid based off their teams success rate but it can’t be as bad as this fan base. Dak has been more successful than several high priced QBs.

Dak thinks his unlimited contract denominations should be free from criticism. :grin:What a kidder he's turned out to be, these days.
You'd think he'd know better! First, Jerry claims he can't afford decent players in free agency and now this? It's nuts.

Maybe he'd best have a long talk with the front office, and discover what the facts about their contractual notions actually mean! ;)

Actually it doesn't prevent moves.....but I understand Dak could see blue skies and warm temperatures and some will still go get a winter coat and sweat. Jerry hoodwinking many.

The Dallas Cowboys have a "Blow It Up'' plan which calls for the remodeling of the roster in 2025 fueled by a potential $100 million in cap room.

The $100 Million Cap Room Question...
:omg:
partially true....we had 23M on the cap this year. few simple moves and contract redo's next year and we get 70M.

did we want him to be lower? yes. of course.
should we have moved on? probably from fans view....but in Jerry's view, it was the right move to keep him.

now, the biggest question is will jerry spend any money? or are we the 5th and 6th wave of FA chasers again.

Dak cannot face the fact that the Cowboys' inept FO is the prime reason why he's being paid that fortune.

His notion of reality is foolishly based on fiction, to avoid the awful truth that he's unworthy of his contract.

Fact be known, the $100,000,000 cap room adventure is one that Dak sees, to render himself blameless.

These other QB's you mentioned who were making more money than Dak before his pay day - can you tell us what their playoff records are? Dak is 2-5, thats why people were B'ing and moaning about his contract. He didn't do anything to earn it.

So what? What has he done for his own team and fanbase? Nothing. He's a loser.

Some of those QBs who got paid barely had a playoff record. Kyler Murray had a 0-1 playoff record when he got paid more than Dak. His playoff record is still 0-1.Trevor Lawrence playoff record was 1-1 when he got paid more than Dak. Tua’s playoff record was 0-1 when he got paid more than Dak. Fans were bellyaching about Dak when he was on his rookie contract.

Did Mike FIsher just write an article just to get people to click on his other article? 4D Chess I tell ya....
that's mike fisher. he has a pulse of the fan unhappiness and is a click bait master and always late to the show. he has no internal connections and just fakes it.

I really don't blame players trying to get the most money they can. It's their bodies on the line and some will be dealing with long-term pain for the rest of their lives.
However, it doesn't mean the team (Owner, GM, etc.) should always pay what the players want.

But now it’s from Athlon sports?

He seems to be slipping further down the relevancy rankings all the time.
