Dak is very unlikable.

The more he talks the more he insults the fans intelligence.
Dak is right. Jerry prevents the team from making any moves. They didn't do anything differently when Dak was on his rookie contract. They could be paying Dak nothing!! They would not change their SOP.

Dak's a loser.

Rookie year to a decade in nothing has changed except his pay.

He's the same loser now that he was in 2016.

Jerry could've stacked any of those teams and the opposing defenses would still have the same strategy. MAKE DAK BEAT YOU.

And the Cowboys would lose. Because Dak, like aways, will fail.

From Mr “I don’t play for money” to saying his contract won’t affect future signings.

We have an overpaid bum QB and a FO that can’t smart decisions. Cowboys!
Dak’s agent does “play for money”. He should be arrested for elder abuse.

Fisher is saying tonight that the Cowboys will be signing a lot of free agents this time. 8 is the number he is claiming.

One move it would prevent us from making us trading his sorry but. But then I guess his mediocre at best play before his second season ending injury probably did that as well

Oh, I agree. They have the possibility to easily maneuver and have over 100 K in cap space but we know at the end of the day they are going to be cheap and not spend any of that cap space
Easily? No.

Why is Dak so selfish? He’s the biggest liar I’ve ever seen on this team!
Selfish:huh:

Are you familiar with the term "free market capitalism"?

It aint Dak's job to manage the salary cap, that is what you are suppose to have a GM for. It also aint Dak's job to take one penny less than what he believes he is worth, again, its the GM's job to determine if a player is worth what they are asking for.

You guys seem to be confused, yall are mad that the GM agreed to a contract making one of his players the highest paid in the league. The GM agreed to the contract, so the GM must have agreed with said player that he was worth that much.

So, if the GM agrees that a player is worth X amount of dollars, the player is selfish and greedy for asking for X amount of dollars, even if the team agrees that player is worth that much?

That aint how pro sports works.

I really don't blame players trying to get the most money they can. It's their bodies on the line and some will be dealing with long-term pain for the rest of their lives.
However, it doesn't mean the team (Owner, GM, etc.) should always pay what the players want.
This is it in a nutshell excellent post.
How can people blame DAkfor trying to get as much money out of his football career as possible.

Would anyone on this forum say hey I don't want the 60 million I'll take 20 million less so I can have a better chance to win a little ring and Jerry can put another trophy in his cabinet no one would.
Everyone would take the 20 million.
It's up to the front office to assess things properly see the injuries piling up know what's coming and see it's time to move on not dig yourself a hole that you'll never get out of.

Don't blame Dak for 60 million people will lie steal drowned you in a puddle..
All he's doing is accepting what our idiot owner and general manager is offering him.

And when he's out of football he'll be set for life his children will be set for life settling for less money for some piece of jewelry does not add up to giving up generational wealth.

It's really that simple Jerry should have traded him let him go whatever and drafted a quarterback with a number one pick time to start over because we are headed into the Romo I can no longer protect myself ERA with Dak Prescott.

I have no doubt. He'll sign 8 bums and has beens to fill holes. He fills holes through FA every year.
