Yeah because him verbally praising Romo and telling the world that without Romo he is just "above average" really helps him in negotiations. Some of you guys kill me. Lol.

Ask Romo & Witten how far a little humility goes with Jerry & Stephen.
I have no intention to kill anyone, now run downstairs and ask mommie for breakfast.

If you think humility got them their contracts then I guess you think that the Easter bunny negotiated it also.

Dallas has said they will allow Murray to test the market and will look to make an offer. Based on what I have seen Colts have now backed out of seeking Murray leaving Jacksonville as a team who looks to be making an attempt to sign Murray. No way Dallas can compete in a bidding war with Jacksonville who is 68 mill under the cap. It comes down to Murray desire for a chance at a SB vs more money. I do think Dallas will put an offer on the table and it comes down to what Murray wants

Humility can't hurt... How far has the petulant Dez gotten with his twitter rants...I thought so!
Easter bunnies don't play football, they munch carrots in the grass. Time for school!

If the jags want him they will offer more than the Boys have; and then it will be up to Murray to make the call.

Money or chance at a ring.

So basically if he values winning, he'll stay here and take less, but if he wants the big-time bucks now, he'll go to Jacksonville or wherever they'll back the Brinks truck up for him....? Am I getting this right?

Dallas are around 6 mill under the cap while Jacksonville is about 68 mill under the cap, not hard to figure out they can offer more in terms of money. However Jacksonville is not a place that seems on the verge of winning right now so Murray could make more but the talk of getting a ring will be pretty hollow. On the other hand Dallas could offer him a good pay day not great but gives him a chance to compete for a SB and with the signing of Free the OL looks to be fully in tact for 2015 and beyond

Without Romo, Dez would be above average but no where near elite. Romo makes his
WR's better ask TO in his last years or a nobody like Laurant Robinson. Dez should
be out praising his QB and he might get his long term deal someday.

Clearly you have an agenda to push regarding Dez if you think he's just above average. Dez is universally acknowledged as a top 3-5 WR. Sure a good QB can make a receiver look better, but your lying to yourself if you think he isn't elite.

Its not just your opinion, its how you are giving it. You're using words like humility to describe Romo and Witten, yet "petulant" to describe Dez? Its sounds to me like you're judging Dez on more than his play on the field and sounding more like an agenda pusher.

I'm sorry you don't agree but, everything I said was true. I have no "agenda" to push. Dez is prone to let his emotions
get the better of him and in his own words had some regrettable issues/moments in his life. He's not a bad person, just someone
I would be reluctant to invest 100mil+ in. I think the Cowboys FO thinks like me and will do a long term deal with Dez on
their terms, not his.

I don't know why everyone says Murray has a chance at a ring by staying with us. We couldn't even get past the second round with one of the best offenses since Romo has been here. A few rookie DL and CBs is going to suddenly put us over the top?

Murray isn't a missing piece for any team.

Murray is a puzzle piece that fits perfectly with our team.

This will factor in his decision.

He stays.
