Ok well it still doesn't make sense unless you're putting all the eggs in next years basket.

Highly productive RB's can be found anywhere in the draft and it doesn't take them years and years to develop.

Only guys who have eclipsed Edgerrin James' rookie year numbers in all three categories are Arian Foster (2010), Ladanian Tomlinson (2006 & 2003) and Priest Holmes (2002)

Couple of guys got close, Chris Johnson, Adrian Peterson, Larry Johnson, Tiki Barber and Ahman Green, but Edgerrin James is not a guy that happens all the time.

I've made my peace with 4. I can live with either player they are tied to since the QBs I wanted are out of reach. I've now moved to Rd 2 dread. Broaddus has been dropping huge hints at taking a QB at 34 over and over. We could be looking at a Ramsey/Zeke at 4 and Cook/Hackenburg at 34.

Please let it be Hack then. Hack has legit top 2 talent and mayyyyyyy be able to be rehabilitated

Who put it to bed? Guys like you who want Elliott?

Frankly, it's kind of hard to argue this point when a guy you think is a bum in McFadden ran for over 1,000 yards in 12 games on a team that absolutely no passing threat for defenses to worry about.

Seems to me, the whole any running back can run behind this OL is more true than false.

Really? I missed the part where we blew the league away in rushing touchdowns last season. What was our 3rd and short conversion percentage? Yeah DMC broke off huge runs, then broke down and couldnt finish them.

I'm with you.. If you do something stupid them at least do it for the player with huge upside..

Hackenberg reminds me so much of Romo in interviews..

Alexander even agreed with me and took it 1 step further by saying Hackenberg looks like Romo and Witten if they had a kid lol.

Elliott can run good routes and has huge hands with limited drops. elliot has bigger hands than dez and Beckham

Which is good evidence that he won't be a liability. The same can be said of Adrian Peterson, he runs good routes and has big hands, but he's never been that involved in the passing game. Blame it on him, blame it on the OC, he just never was that much involved outside of 2 seasons. But you're saying that Elliot will be better than Murray in this area, when Murray had 157 receptions in college compared to Elliot's 58. Curious where you get any notion that he would be better than Murray in that area, not saying it's impossible, just we have not seen anything that would indicate that.

With Hack you hope a line with 3 All Pros and 1 player that has All Pro ability gives him some confidence he lost the last two years at PSU. He could wind up being a Dalton/ Carr type pick at top of the 2nd

I dont have evidence, just my opinion. Zeke looks natural and has more after the catch explosion than Murray to me.

Thing is... I've seen him make some awful throws under no pressure.

His arm talent is elite but I don't know if he can process information quick enough.

Marcus Peters had 8 picks and 2 forced fumbles last year and appears to possibly be already a top 5 DB. He was picked at 18. I like Ramsey, but man that is high for a player that has played multiple positions.

Just curious, but how many touchdowns did he give up?

With him you hope 2 years on the bench and back in a pro style offense help. Granted hope is not a plan

Fisher also said we weren't touching Hardy last year too. So umm yea no one know what we will do but I actually like Joseph more than brick hands Ramsey

Jugs machine will help soften his hands, he's all around the ball like a Hawk, jumps out of the screen like a Cheetah and can blanket one side of the field like a snuggie.

Peters was ranked outside of top 20 cbs. Stop stat searching and watch games. Peters got burnt as much as he got picks.

Oh please, like all corners don't? The dude was a pro bowler and 2nd team all pro, and returned 2 picks for TD's. That's 8 more than all of our corners combined!

NFLN reporter based with Chargers said they are not in love with Tunsil or the DE prospects including Buckner and are looking at Ramsey hard.

Essentially said they think Tunsil is athletic but needs work and that they think they can get DL help in other rounds.

They are open to trades but no calls yet.

They are saying things.

The fact they didn't bring Ramsey in for a visit leads me to believe they aren't real high on him and they are hoping Dallas will make a trade.

I think Dallas WANTS Elliot but they know it doesn't make any sense from a value standpoint. They would be happy I think if the Chargers made the decision for them so they could draft Zeke.

We have no idea to be honest and a visit does not matter ultimately.

They value Ramsey, no trade offers yet, so we shall see soon.
