Yeah. It won’t end til the Jones family is gone. Soo, not in our lifetimes unless a massive scandal happens. We really may be even worse off when Jerry's gone.
they are saving $ for a new bigger yachtAnd it may just come down to that. Stephen may be unwilling to pay the buyout.
Yes, he knows his father.Maybe Stephen knows something!
As long as Dallas stays the most valuable franchise, I don't think Stephen will see reason to change. He's had all this time with his father "learning" to be the GM. Plus, he'd have to pay someone else to do the job and I don't think he wants to do that.Maybe, but it could be Stephen is so terrible he has no other choice but to hire a GM. If we reach the depths of his capabilities or lack thereof we will be terrible for an extended stretch of time. Eventually the team will hemorrhage revenue as a result. Were already losing the younger fans, and it will get worse.
I'd rather him be a disaster than mediocre. At least being a disaster puts pressure on him.
I dont think it will be any worse that 2024. The key is will jones boys do anything serious in FA.??Next year? This has the potential to tank the next five years. A Schottenheimer and Dak era will be so bad and unwatchable that you have to watch just so you can laugh.
I don’t know if Stephen has the charm or charisma, to do it like his father. I bet he crumbles from that pressure and look to someone else to do the job once Jerry is gone. Best post ever!We really may be even worse off when Jerry's gone.
That's not even a question. Stephen has earned nothing. Jerry is an idiot, but at least he earned the money to buy the team. Stephen was born into it.We really may be even worse off when Jerry's gone.
Yes but will Stephen go 30 years as a GM failure and still insist on not hiring a real one? That can be what separates him from his father. This clearly isn't working, let me bring someone in.That's not even a question. Stephen has earned nothing. Jerry is an idiot, but at least he earned the money to buy the team. Stephen was born into it.
They say whoever gets to him last, usually persuades Jerry to do what they want!!! Stephen and Dak will fight to tell Jerry who great Shotty is lolSo there you go. You have Stephen and Dak tag teaming Jerry into making this decision. That's the reality of what's going on here.

If this ridiculous decision doesn't cause a revolt and move the needle, nothing ever will.I think revenue will go down as fan interests begins to waiver. They can't coast off of legacy forever.

Exactly. The media gaggle would follow Deion around the facility and hang on his every word. Jerry would never go for that. The last thing Stephen would want to see is Deion and his entire Entourage take over the Facility
Let's keep it real here
