This is a Dallas team that normally comes back with a vengence after a loss.

We need Washington to hand it to Philly, if not, just woop them and get them tired.

Well I'm not ready to give up on our team, but a couple of things need to happen...

Gurode needs to study the Eagles defense PERIOD
ROMO needs to Protect the Ball
Garrett needs to get some outside help in Playcalling, just horrid
Hamlin needs to sit out this game, his confidence will be shaken up
Burnett needs to replace either james or Thomas on Defense, wish
you could split up burnett into two players and replace both of those two
the way James got manhandled by the Ravens Fullback was just
embarassing anyone that says James deserves to be in the Probowl
needs to watch that play, over, and over, and over again

Whether you are a fan or a player.......you still have a certain mindset that takes over in situations like this.

Your right.......Your absolutely right. DALLAS DOESNT LIKE TO WIN BIG GAMES!:lmao:

take your "half-empty" haterade and go play in traffic

We have found new and highly inventive ways to lose games this year.

First team in history to lose a game on a blocked punt returned for a TD on the last play

Lost to St. Louis by the largest margin ever for a team that was favored by at least 2 scores

Blow a 10 point lead in 8 minutes and have a pick returned for a TD to close the game out

First team in history to lose a game on back to back 75+ yard runs

We have serious issues in close games and seem to avoid winning them at all costs.

Yeah, I don't think this is true based on the Yahoo thing.

It says that if Atlanta wins today and next week, and Tampa wins next week, we're out no matter what.

It is because Yahoo has Tampa at 10 wins right now.
They haven't posted the Tampa loss correctly.

Great! Another chance to prove our unworthiness, in front of Philly fans no less! :bang2:

Sorry, but win or lose this game, it is over! They just don't have it.

Right, if they win next week they have 10 wins.

Edit: Oh wait, I get it. They have them at 10-5 after today's game, but really they're 9-6.

SWEET!

I've done that too, but if you look at the "projected record" thing for the teams in the playoffs, TB is 10-5 (if they win next week), when they'd really be 10-6.

If they are 10-5 they have a better record than us and obviously get in the playoffs. But if they're 10-6, they're tied with us and we win the tiebreaker. So I think the yahoo thing is glitched right now.

IF we win next week we and TB wins next week we will have the same record. We will be in because the first tie breaker is head to head.

TO BREAK A TIE FOR THE WILD-CARD TEAM

If it is necessary to break ties to determine the two Wild-Card clubs from each conference, the following steps will be taken.
  1. If the tied clubs are from the same division, apply division tie breaker.
  2. If the tied clubs are from different divisions, apply the following steps.
Two Clubs

  1. Head-to-head, if applicable.
  2. Best won-lost-tied percentage in games played within the conference.
  3. Best won-lost-tied percentage in common games, minimum of four.
  4. Strength of victory.
  5. Strength of schedule.
  6. Best combined ranking among conference teams in points scored and points allowed.
  7. Best combined ranking among all teams in points scored and points allowed.
  8. Best net points in conference games.
  9. Best net points in all games.
  10. Best net touchdowns in all games.
  11. Coin toss.

You don't understand how a fan can actually call his team on their shortcomings?

Yes i do understant that part of you.

But i dont understand how you can come on here week after week and say things like......

"We Dont deserve to make the playoffs"
"Im done with this team"
"We will never go anywhere with Romo he is a choker"
"I hope this team doesnt make the playoffs"
"This team likes to lose big games"

do i need to explain further for you?

Pittsburgh and Baltimore games proved we don't want nor deserve the postseason, no reason to believe the Philly game will be any different.

Exactly. I would of course like to see them get in, but I could really care less with this team anymore. They dont deserve the playoffs.
