It's hollow bravado. And lack of coaching.
And a lack of confidence, despite his outward demeanor.

A loss on Thanksgiving to the lowly Giants would be a beautiful thing.
If this was "rasslin'", golf, bingo, track & field, or tennis......you might have a point. But since it isn't......apparently all the problems are on the guy's pockets. Never saw that with his predecessor, never see it hoisted on any other NFL QBs to be all and more alone. You simply don't like him.....and it's ok. We got it.....meanwhile watch the next game and the play on the field and sidelines.Dak has an 8 year run with one of the top rosters in the NFL and he failed. You can’t blame Jerry for Dak’s suckage. The owner gave Dak a contract off a broken leg and 7 TOs in 4 and a half games, a 2017 season of futility and 2018 of horrible, not being able to throw against zone and still not being able to throw against zone, Dak setting Quincy Carter records in futility here.
So now one can say it’s finally caught up to him.
Jerry even paid this bum 250 million dollars for like 5 years, meaning he clearly wasn’t planning on sucking for one year.
No he won't. He will be looking around the stadium at all the Gnats fans filling the seats and think to himself - 'cha-ching'.Jerry might spit out his Johnny Walker as well as the ice cubes.
Instead of Daksucks..........ya no big deal here. He’s gone for the rest of the season, nobody gives a crap anymore. We get to watch Cooper suck rush.
What was his claim before punking out............."We blah suck". Which translates why aren't you guys carrying me I'm the chosen one!!! LOLDak has been awful! It's the team that has carried Dak when he has had good seasons. He's a garbage time QB that runs the score up on weak teams and disappears against good teams. I've never seen and NFL QB that can't throw the ball 10 -15 yards without moving his feet. His first season he made some throws to Beasley in the flat and dumped them into the ground wayyy short. I knew he was trash after that.
If you only had a brain. Go follow the yellow brick Road.Instead of Daksucks..........ya no big deal here.
P.S. Oops Apologies there is a 58 million $ big deal cap difference.
It's insanity really, delusion at best. There they were in the obvious stage of needing to clean the slate and start over and Jerry does the worst thing possible: keep the coach he fully intend on firing this off-season and severely leverage his cap space for the next five years. Unreal.Yep, which I suppose is the central question against Dak. With the disfunction around the whole franchise does paying him $240m make us a SB contending team in the next 4 years.....as you say, for the majority of us its a hard no. Not necessarily his fault, but paying him that money OVER 4 YEARS isnt conducive to winning it all, especially when we couldnt do it with a prime Zeke, O-Line
I won't partake in your insults not my style and pretty sure they're against the rules. If you only had a brain. Go follow the yellow brick Road.
Just fantastic!A loss on Thanksgiving to the lowly Giants would be a beautiful thing.
People are still confused on Prescott and why he sucked large this year? It's simple and has been true his entire career. Whenever he's asked to carry the load and play like a real franchise QB he fails every time.
He can't carry. He has to be carried. The Cowboys in their infinite wisdom went into this season asking more of him and you got what you've always gotten. He can't do it. He's a sky pointing LEADERSHIP fraud.
We should be at the point of finally moving on from this stiff and having a hopeful offseason of finding a real QB and not beginning his next contract that pays him 60 million a year for more years of failure.
I think Dak's arm has looked worse this year than his legs.Still does.
Prescott said a few days ago he runs like a 50 years old.
And i thought to myself: "Dak its not only your running. You are doing everything like a 50 year old".
And to some 50 year old guys this is an insult.
He compared himself and CeeDee to Rice and Montana, and man, did they prove it or what this year?He has flat out said he's one of the greats. I don't know what more ya'll want from the guy.
It's clear no one can do the things he does, so ya'll just need to bask in his glory.
I gave Dak one last chance last season but losing, at home, to a very average GB team... I'm done. Dak had the big eyes again. Jerry is a complete moron to sign this guy to THAT contract?! I can't believe that Stephen could not convince his Dad to cut ties. I kept reading rumors that Piggsburgh was interested. They act like Dak was ever good and wasn't on a team surrounded by talent.
Now the talent has finally caught up to this guy who has been baby-sat his whole career here, Jerry's Jason Garrett of QBs training program and he's been exposed as the mediocre talent he has always been.
Dallas is now where the Commanders and Giants were, basically the whole time Dak has been around the Cowboys. Now that the shoe is on the other foot, Dak is looking like the Sam Howell's of the NFL. And his fanboys are complaining... They fail to see the irony in it all..
Wow I missed that one.He compared himself and CeeDee to Rice and Montana, and man, did they prove it or what this year?
