I'll say this again for the billionth time. We can talk about his player personnel skills but to me, the biggest flaw of Jerry Jones is that he just sucks at evaluating coaches and HCs. For all the roster screws up we can point to, at the end of the day, this guy hired people like Dave Campo, Chan Gailey, Jason Garrett, Wade Phillips and thought they were excellent hires.

Maybe Jerry should outsource the hiring of coaches to search firm or something. Because he royally sucks at picking coaches.
