Who is available that we could realistically get to replace Zimmer as DC?
I've heard enough pipe dreams:
Crennel: If he does get fired, I see him back in NE (tho, most of "his" guys are gone and Jerrah could pony up a bigger offer. But one would think that he would rather choose the Pats as Belichek more likely would have more longevity than BP).
Coughlin: He is an offensive guy (however, as OC he wouldn't be half bad.... at least he's organized).
Groh: He'd be my 1st choice. He's great with 3-4 implementation and even better with 3-4 LBs. Alas, I heard Virginia just extended him last year.
Capers: Isn't he still locked in with Miami? They named him Asst. HC also??
