I only need one: Zimmer implements the 3-4 in the exact manner that Parcels tells him to. He is as aggressive as the head coach wants him.

BP can implement that....you trying to tell me that Zimmer is getting 2 million dollars to just stand there? Zimmer is making the calls during the game, you can see him telling the guys on the field what to do. Go to a game or when they show him on TV pay attention.

CB, I honestly think we'd be better against the pass and the run in the 4-3, even without Ellis...I think we'd see our LB's start making plays again with a little protection.

But he's always preached a bend but don't break philosophy that forces Os to march the length of the field. What he has now is a D with only one playmaker, and a serious hole in the secondary.

If that's the case then fire Parcells. I don't see it.

I believe some of it. That's gotta be the case. But I refuse to believe that Parcells is that passive. I gotta believe he is more balanced than that.

I'm not going to call for Zimmer's dismissal with every post. We'll see if after the year our defense changes and/or Zimmer is fired or someone is brought in with some weird title to 'assist' him.

BP isn't the one calling the schemes DURING the game. Not once have I seen BP stnading near Zimmer saying to do something....what I HAVE seen is Zimmer getting yelled at for something that the defense DID do. Does that sound like someone that isn't given free reign during a game?

I am sure that they talk during the week about what to do in given situations just like every teams coaches do, but to say that Zimmer is just a body standing there doing NOTHING is ridiculous and that BP is the ONLY one making the play-calls is just as ridiculous.

I'm not saying that he isn't doing things that BP doesn't want, but he DOES have a title...and that is Defensive Coordinator.

Did Sean Payton run the offense? Did he not call plays on the sidelines last year? Yes, he did. I'm sure that Payton would have liked to run some other plays as well, but Payton WAS the OC.

Heck, why doesn't BP just run the entire team without ANY help as it seems others are saying here. Save JJ some money.
