Yo,Man!,,,what's them "dilled potatoes" all about? ,,,Are they steamed/ pressure cooked with heaps of fresh dill?,,,(IDK,,it's why I'm asking)

* as a kid growing up, I'd always have about 1/3 rd of a row of dill planted out in the garden for MOM's pickle canning experiments (WHEW!, some turned out pretty horrid:lmao:)
Usually boiled in water and a lot of butter. Fresh dill added when cooking is finished.

Man, if I'd dropped 110 lbs?
I'd probably hide from @waldoputty, after all the tattoos I've branded on his CASING-LINER,o_O

If you have a rottiserie that would be great. The great thing about Bone in Prime Rib is that you can temp the center to 145 so when you cut it into portions you get rare in the middle, medium outside of that and well done with a great crust for the folks that like that.
Unfortunately I don't have a rotisserie oven. I might get one since it sounds like it makes cooking a prime rib pretty simple.
For my first time ill be following this recipe. It seems simple enough..
